Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.

Located inside the MGM next to the Cirque Du Soleil KA, amid a few really good restuarants such as Emeralds Fish and Crush, this place stands out. It's a 3 star Michelin, don't expect to just be able to walk in. Suggested RSVP time in 4 weeks in advance. The Ambiance - I went there as part of a business... More

It's our second time in J.B., the first time 6 years ago the food was just exceptional and it's why we booked it again. This time we enjoyed but it was just good, the service was ok, quite a few people fluffing around when they should be serving, the display of the food is now different and was not amazed... More

Absolutely amazing - my boyfriend and I visited the restaurant on Valentine's day and absolutely loved it. We love to travel, dine, and experience new culinary delights. He loves French cuisine and we had read many reviews about the restaurant and wanted to check it out first hand. From the decor to the service to the food, everything was wonderful. The... More

This was the one restaurant for which I made a reservation. I had the 6 course menu and the portions were decently sized. While I read a lot of reviews that said don't eat a lot of bread, that is really hard because the bread is so amazing and well made. The souffle was one of the best prepared souffles... More

Forget the price tag, if you where only going to eat one more meal this is it, not sure how it ended up at the MGM, dont be put off walking through the hotel. This place is the next level, decor 10/10, food 11/10, service 10/10. Its worth the price, your only going to loose it at the tables.

When you walk into this restaurant, you will be immediately romanced by the different purple shades inside. I melted just sitting at the table and looking at all these different decors in the restaurant. Some of the staff were quite snobbish and stuffy, this really isn't the new way to do high-end. People who can afford a dinner like this... More

I had a diner in this restaurant during my visit to Las Vegas. I went for the sixteen course testing menu which was excellent. Though the restaurant was located in the middle of the casino the ambiance was excellent and offered a balcony setup which I have enjoyed a lot.

I ate at Joel Robuchon's L'Atelier restaurant in Paris around 5 years ago, and it was the most memorable meal of my life. So, I obviously had very high expectations for his Las Vegas sit-down (more formal) restaurant. I wasn't disappointed. It's much more formal than L'Atelier, and the service is top-notch. This is a typical French restaurant - they... More

Wow. This place is insanely expensive. Like shock and awe, gobsmacking, jaw dropping expensive. Like cash out your 401K account expensive. Okay, now that I got that out of the way, the food is so over the top fru-fru that it's hard to give a review because I was so focused on how artsy-fartsy it was presented I can't remember... More
