Go for the cheesecake!

You'll either love or hate this place. If you've ever been to the one in NYC, you know what to expect. Sandwiches stacked 6 inches high with meat. So, if you are a meat lover, this is the place. Prices are expensive. Hamburgers are $16, sandwiches can be more. The Woody Allen is the famous... read more

The hot pastrami is to die for. There's no way one person can eat a sandwich because they're huge! They charge a sharing fee of $3.00, but it's worth it. The half sour pickles and cole slaw are great too. Never room for dessert.

Only used the takeaway service for cheesecake but it was delicious and would highly recommend it. It's more of a slab than a slice. The service was fast and friendly. The other cakes and menu look great too.

My DIL and I chose this for dinner recently when we traveled to Vegas. When you walk up to the counter to peruse the board menu, you think YIKES! $20.00 for a corned beef sandwich? Yes- really, but think of the fact that the sandwiches at the Deli could really serve 4! There was over a pound of meat on... More

Beautiful breakfast sandwich - but could only eat half. Even hubby who has a normal appetite struggled to finish. Know now to order one and share. Saw a lunch time sandwich and I don't think anyone could actually finish it.

Although pricey, I was not too disappointed paying $18 for my salami sandwich. The meat was flavorful and when accompanied with their mustard it made it even better. Bread was nice and soft. Lettuce crisp and tomato ripe. Ceasar, our server was pleasent and prompt with the refills. He was even happy to give us carry out waters when requested.... More

Remodeled Carnagie is much easier to get in and out of. same great food, sandwiches and soups as well as platters. I head to the Carnagie first stop from McCarron, even before checking in to my room. The Half sandwich option is definitely the way to go. With pickles and a drink you are full but not bloated and stuffed,... More

My father and I stopped here for lunch a few days ago and we both loved it. I ordered a hamburger, and I am thankful I didn't order fries, because the burger was huge. It was really good. My dad ordered potato salad and he said it was the best he's had in a long time. It was a little... More

Like many Vegas visitors, I have a rewards card. I've always heard of Carnegie and dreamed of seeing the Mirage. This was my first trip and I used my M-Life rewards, which I worked long and hard for. I chose to select a cheesecake as one of them. On 04/26 I waited in a line, like everyone, and ordered my... More

You order at a counter. Food and drink is brought out by servers. No waiters. Menu has been really cut down from the paper one of years back. Long lines to order. Hard to find seats. More help needed to clear dirty tables. All that being said, pastrami is still king!
