Every time we walked by carnegie deli it always had a line. This just made us wonder how good the food was. It is one of the only places open during breakfast, so be prepared to wait in line. We went for dinner one night around 9pm, we did not have to wait that long. The food was amazing but... More

I like the comfort food here - the pies are amazing, but slow service when they are not busy is not excusable. When I finish my meal, at my wife's insistence - before hers arrives and all the waitress can say is oops I forgot to enter it - is bad. To charge us full price after this is even... More

The corned beef and pastrami sandwich could easily feed a family of four. I ordered a salmon salad and the waiter wanted me to taste it to make sure I wanted it. It was lox, cut in tiny pieces with mayo and capers, served with coleslaw and potato salad. I think it would be great for brunch, especially sharing those... More

We stayed at the Mirage 4 days and enjoyed the food from Carnegie's on multiple occasions. Our first stop was on an afternoon when my wife passed by and saw the tempting desserts! We were not disappointed! I'm from Texas and love Pecan Pie and they had a deep dish pecan pie that was like 4-5" thick and it was... More

Carnegie Deli, now that was a sandwich, just wish the room had a fridge we could have saved the leftovers.

The cream pies look really good in the window but they don't use real whipped cream and the filling is tasteless.

We loved the overstuffed sandwiches - the hot pastrami is best or if you're really hungry go for a 'Woody Allen'. The hotdogs/frankfurters are great value and if ordering fries, be aware that one portion will serve 3 hungry folk as a side.

The food at the Deli was nice, not my favourite type of food but the portions were huge and they had a good variation on the menu. The takeaway option was also good if you just wanted to take something back to you room too.

The Carnegie Deli is a place were you get value for your dollar. It is not a flashy place as you would think you would when you are in Las Vegas, but value and service is what you would find here. If you are lucky you might also get entertainment when hotel security comes to remove a happy drunk at... More

Whenever we go to Las Vegas, we make it a point to get a pastrami sandwich at Carnegie Deli in The Mirage. It is every bit as good as their pastrami sandwich in their restaurant in New York City. It is exceptionally good pastrami and a very generous serving. It is much better than any pastrami sandwich we can get... More
