Food was great and also the service. A bit pricey, but I would definitely eat there again...actually I ate there twice.

I was staying at the Mandalay Bay for a conference and wanted to eat in the room. The Noodle Shop was my quick place to grab some Pad Thai and take it back to the room. The service staff was quick and pleasant. The food was pretty good too. Nothing special, but sometimes a good plate of noodles is the...

Just what I needed after a long flight. Service is prompt and the pork noodle soup at $13 is decent value for Las Vegas .
Loved the food and the service was good. The lights were too bright, kind of cafeteria style lighting.
Unlike other Mandalay Bay restaurants, I found the service slow. I ordered chicken Pad Thai that was relatively tasteless.
Ordered lettuce tacos--good, salt and peppered squid--great, mongolian beef--good, house noodles kids loved me just okay. Our waiter was great and so was his helper. The decor was nice. Super convient, but food high priced and just good.

They constantly refilled our drinks and were pleasant and attentive. My noodle soup was excellent. Since its in the Mandalay Bay casino, its a little pricey but no more than you...

The food was horrible. Decor was nice, but that was the only appealing quality. Ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice thinking that that would be too hard to mess up...wrong. It looked like it was microwaved, and was not fried/stir fried at all. Ordered shrimp dumplings and it was no better.
We needed a good deal for Vegas- its far from a decadent Vegas restaurant, but food was good! I would recommend for people looking for a cheaper Vegas meal thats not a buffet
