Not the best but good enough

I had beef with blackbean source and fried noodle for dinner with my family. My kid had fried rice from the kid's menu. The foods were fine, but not the best comparing to the one I used to have in Korea. (of course, I am talking about the same dishes) I don't think they use a lot of MSG. It... read more

Went here one night for a quick bite with some friends. Had the beef lo mein and while it needed some additional seasoning, it was actally pretty good. My friends got the house special fried rice and really enjoyed it.

Got there just before closing, but the staff took it in stride. The meal was very good even though it was so late.

Luckily, my company picked up the tab for dinner at this place because if I would have had to pay for it, I wouldn't be happy. From the uninviting and somber service to the lack of anything whatsoever appealing dishes, I can honestly say it is the worst meal I have ever had in Las Vegas. Dull, uninspired slop.

We have eaten at similar Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas (i.e. Zine, Noodle Asia, Golden Wok) and I thought the Noodle Shop was as good or better than any of them. Had won ton soup, BBQ appetizer (actually a good entree of char Sui pork, poached chicken and roast duck), chum soy and fried rice. Service was very good and... More

This restaurant is tucked away in the corner of Mandalay Bay Hotel that serves up delicious Asian cuisine and is open late. The wife and I stopped by this gem by accident because alot of restaurants had already closed but it was still open and polite servers was there waiting to server us. This is one I would always come... More

Every time I am a Mandalay Bay, I always eat at the Noodle Shop. It is consistent and good. Service is good and the food is amazing.

2nd time I have been here. The first time was back in March of this year and second time this weekend. I believe this is the first time I ever give any restaurant a bad review but the service was that bad. No one in this restaurant cared for our table. The host sat us down and the first contact... Totally enjoyed our meal of 4 appetizers that became a very nice light dinner for two before a music concert. Service was quick and efficient and the food was very tasty. Recommended.
