Again, we went to The Noodle Shop at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. If you think about a 5 course meal - you will die from overfeeding. We ordered just soup and had plenty of food. We eat here often for lunch when we are staying at the Mandalay. I usually go for the lunch special, the kung pao chicken is awesome and I love the hot and sour soup. Simple (by vegas standards) decor, fast service, simple (by vegas standards) presentation - outstanding cooking! Some of the best noodles and stir fry I have had - perfectly cooked and seasoned. Highly recommended. more
Delicious food, friendly service. Pleasant experience all the way around. We ordered pork dumplings, garlic pork tenderloin and the Singapore Curry noodles -- all were wonderful. If you find yourself at Mandalay Bay, and you like Asian food, definitely give the Noodle Shop a go! more
Dumplings - excellent Grandfathers chicken (sweet&sour chicken) - excellent (I ordered this dish not spicy) Champagne - Brut...2 glasses Jack the waiter - excellent ! We chose the Noodle Bay in Mandalay for the tofu choices on the menu. The vegetable options, plus the tofu options all contain PORK. They were completely unapologetic and did not undertand the problem at all. more
