The great thing about this place is the slightly different choices and the not too big portions. Also the atmosphere here is a little bit more quiet and upscale.

The breakfast is excellent and not overpriced like many hotel restaurants. The food selections are contemporary and traditional, something for just about everyone. Try the Red Quinoa Eggs Benedict, most excellent! The blueberry pancakes were good but should lose the outdated powdered sugar topping. The restaurant could use updating to bring it into the 21st century.

Cafe is great with a nice southern decor. It is only open for breakfast now, but a very nice clean area with good down home cooking

Good food but cold coffee. The waitress looked annoyed when we asked for another pot and that was still luke warm.

Very nice and varied breakfast. Good coffee, Good service. Reasonable Prices for Vegas. Pick a table by the windows for a nice view of the Four Season's courtyard and pool. We wish it were open for dinner.

Since this cafe is right next to the elevators at Mandalay Bay, we ate there twice. Food was good, but staff was either overly attentive or not attentive at all. On our first visit we waited over 10 min just to get into the restaurant. There was no line and no hostess. We started to just walk in and she... More

I read about Raffles on many of the travel advice sites and research books prior to our trip. I expected a gorgeous place to eat with great food and an appealing ambience. It was described as a "couldn't be missed" breakfast! I don't agree. The restaurant decor was just ok nothing grand or opulent. We sat at a table next... More

We ate morning (mid-day) breakfast here. Spot on with the order each day. Excellent service. Good food and more than enough in serving size.

nice place, decent meal but super crabby older waitress... wow. Did NOT want to be there. When she brought our meals, she reached across my husband(elbow in his nose) to pass me my plate.. she got it halfway to the table and then gave me a snotty look to take it from her.. so I do.. and BURN MY FINGERS!...
