I loved so many things about this restaurant but I have to give a 2 star rating because of some serious service issues. Quite simply, the employees rushed us to eat. It was TERRIBLE how badly they rushed us. I had JUST gotten MY food (I had well done steak so I got my food last) and employees KEPT coming... More

Beat steak I have ever had. Had the filet and lobster and it was amazing!! Chicken fried rice was also the best. Massive portions. Chef was funny and his corny jokes made me laugh. Cool place to check out. Go to half price show tickets to make your reservation because you get 25% off your bill. Will definitely go again!

Our chef for the evening was fun and accommodated my food allergy. Thankfully, he took the time to ask more questions s,about the allergy because our waitress noted the wrong food on the allergy. Good food, good time.

The chef that cooked for us was nice and entertaining. Food was great. Suggest you call for reservations if you want to sit at the tables where the chef prepares you food in front of you!

While the food was ok eveything else wasn't. Our chef seemed uninterested, even bored and put as little energy in as possible. He only seemed to come alive when talking to another local at the table about other restaurants. The women who were the waitresses were amazingly rude, they must feel like since they have been there probably since it... More

I love Benihana's and hibachi, I can't really tell you exactly why but I always love it. We came here with some new friends that wanted to go here and I was more than happy to join in. Food and service was great as always. The location itself is really beautiful, very different from every other one I've been to.... More

The food is always great. It's Tne Entertainment of the Chef. Each one has their own flair with the food. When you order a alchoholic drink, you get in in a Buddah that you get to keep!

This is my third visit to Benihana at the Las Vegas Hilton (sorry, I cannot bring myself to call it anything but!). The first two visits were remarkable, each in their own way but this time, and maybe it was because of the uncomfortable seating - teppanyaki table with a running bench around - but it seems to me that... No matter the location, Benihana rocks! The performance of the chefs make the dining experience unforgettable. Having great food also helps!
