My friends and I recently were in Vegas for a conference. It was our friends' birthday, so we decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. This Benihana is in the Hilton on Paradise Road. An Ok Japanese steak-house but nowhere near as good as it should be for the price. The decor is nevertheless outstanding in the part outside the restaurant and food is good. Should simply be 25% cheaper. more
We’re a little disappointed. Vegas dining experiences over the years have really stepped up quality, service and ambiance to a high degree. We have to say the ambiance was pretty nice, but the food was pretty average (below average for Vegas), and the traditional “showmanship” of the chef wasn’t all that impressive.
