This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. They have southwestern cuisine and it seems like all are superb. I had lunch and dinner on different and the food and cocktails were always good. To be honest compared to other pricey restaurants in town such Picasso or Gordon Ramsay where the food can be a hit or miss; Mesa... More

The waitstaff was superb. Had a few drinks at the bar after the Elton John concert prior to dining. The Cabo Wabo margaritas were great. We had the lobster tacos the tamale and the barbecue duck pancake as appetizers. They were super, albeit a little on the small side. Thanks were okay but kind of pricey. $$$$

Dined at Mesa Grill on January 17, 2015 for dinner. The restaurant is located on the bottom floor of Caesar's Palace next to the sports book and across the hall from the Coliseum. It can be a little confusing to find, but if you make your way to the Coliseum you will have no problems at all. GF and I... More

After spending way too much money at buffet for lunch the previous day, a group of colleagues from my business meeting decided to have lunch at Bobby Flay's restaurant. How regretful I felt for having bothered with the buffet when we could eat so much better at Mesa Grill. I ordered the smoked salmon club sandwich. The salmon what is... More

The menu her has a fun variety but my favorite is the burger. It was totally top notch! This resturant closes for several hours a day which seemed odd. But if you want something in the hotel this is a great choice.

Great food (chile relleno's, as I recall) and very good drinks. The only knock was the price - not cheap for a lunch - but still a decent value given the quality of the food and drinks. This was my second visit to this location and my wife's first. We definitely will return next time in Vegas.

I loved this restaurant, terrific ambiance and food. Southwestern flair. I had a delicious lamb dish with a side of Maple infused Brussels sprouts that was superb! Excellent service as well.

I'm sure the food is good - if we ever received it. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our appetizer. This was after being served the incorrect drink. We had to ask what was taking so long on our dinner order which was nearly an hour after we ordered. We were then served the wrong steak. The waiter was not... More
