I was so excited to finally get to eat at the Mesa Grill. I had heard all sorts of great reviews. I have no idea what happened this particular night, but the food was horrible. I order the lobster, and I need a very sharp knife just to saw through it. It was tasteless and had the consistency of silly... More

...and we've been going there at least once a year for the past 6 or 7 years. The only thing to order is the pork tenderloin. It's Bobby Flay's signature dish here and is perfect. The sides change with the season; we haven't had a bad one yet. Make reservations at least a week in advance, two weeks if you... More

This time our trip to Mesa Grill was for brunch and it was amaze-balls! I had the scrambled eggs that included goat cheese and jalepenos with a side of ham and potatoes, it was so good, with just the right amount of "heat". We had to start out with the shrimp tamales which is one of our favorites that we... More

On our way home from Lake Tahoe to Scottsdale, Las Vegas is a midway stop. I am not a big fan of Vegas but do like Mesa Grill. I have Bobby Flay's cookbooks. I had the pork tenderloin and it was absolutely delicious. My husband was eating off of my plate. Our waiter was personable. Our margaritas were delicious.

Okay, I love Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. This was my fifth or sixth visit to the Vegas location, the first time for lunch. It was fabulous! I had the salmon which I have always wanted to try and it was wonderful. We shared two bottles of an excellent Rioja in our group. I had the smoked chicken quesadilla for a... More

I was hoping for some great Southwestern food to go along with our trip to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I can’t give the food a higher grade than a B, and I’m being just a little generous with that! I made our reservation well in advance through Open Table and had to provide a credit card to secure the reservation. We... More

My husband and I had dinner at Mesa Grill with our friends while staying at Caesars Palace. We were seated immediately on a Saturday night, but make sure that you have a reservation. We had the shrimp tacos and chicken skewers as appetizers. Both were very good. For our meal, we all ordered steaks. My husband (who is a food... More

We watch Bobby Flay on television, and we like him so much, so wanted to try his restaurant while in Vegas. I'll be honest and say it might have been what I expected, but a little spicy for my taste. I had the pork. It was good, but I wouldn't say I'd go over and over again. I guess it's... More

We usually do their brunch but went for dinner this time. We always enjoy this place - this time I had the Relleno pepper stuffed with eggplant and my husband had the pork tenderloin with sweet potato tamale. Both were delicious and enjoyed with the fresh bread and especially my favorite the yellow/blue corn muffin (yum). The wait staff is... More

This is one of those places that you just have to go and experience. If you are a food lover, you will so appreciate Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace. You will need a reservation, or there will be a wait, but there's plenty to do while you're waiting..... lots of great shopping or just sit down and gamble... More
