There was a fixed menu for $50.00 per person. I chose a chopped salad, it was good, but not outstanding. I ordered a steak and it wa tough and when I told the waitress she offer a bigger knife, instead of another entree. This wa vey deisapoining.

Let me start my review by saying I am a frequent visitor of Las Vegas restaurants and have eaten at probably 50 different places. Most are always wonderful. While on this vacation, we made a reservation at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. We were promptly seated at an odd shaped table for our party of 6. Four of us were shoved... More

We ended up at Mesa Grill after being told that it was a two hour wait for the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. And it turned out to be a lucky break as Mesa Grill was really fab. We ordered bloody marys (yum) and a prickly pear margarita. Best margarita ever! The waiter than brought over a little basket of... More

Had lunch here, bread basket very good especially the blueberry bread, ordered the spicy scramble- really hot !!, eggs excellent but the biscuit too hard. Mesa burger cooked medium also very good. Service so so. Was here sometime ago, the burger tasted better in texture and quality.

So we've been to Mesa Grill in Manhattan, which is also excellent. This was my first time dining at the LV location, though my in-laws dine there every trip. Well, I'd definitely want to add it to my itinerary next time! Lamb porterhouse was fantastic. The pork tenderloin - wow. The apps excellent. The banana cream pie dessert - one... More

I have been wanting to check this place out, but with so many places to eat and places I love already it makes it hard. I finally made it in during lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The spices were great as were the margaritas. Would definitely return and try dinner next trip.

Bobby Flay's food always comes across as something you could never cook for yourself at home. Exotic flavor combinations that he is the master of and executed by what is a talented staff. Why this place isn't packed is beyond me. Never been disappointed here.

But, don't expect a bargain meal. The menu offerings were outstanding, and the meals exquisitely done. The staff were bubbly, helpful, and none of the four of us had a 'but' in the after dinner commentary.
