Donna at bar seating provides great service & drinks!

In the 10+ times we have eaten at this restaurant, we never tie us to a reservation time. We just go and sit at the counter bar. Same great food and exception attention and service by Donna.

I ate at Bobby Flay,s in Atlantic City and that was great. Their I had a steak, here I tried the Salmon and it was not great. overcooked and dry and smothered in a sauce thsat tasted like it came out of a jar from the supermarket. The desert was overly sweet and disappointing as well. The best part were... More

We've been here a few times.....each time is excellent! Menu is very inventive without being to over the top. This time I had a pork tenderloin sandwich, this is probably the best sandwich I've ever eaten. Perfectly cooked pork (and actually quite a large portion)...great bread with arugula and a spicy mayo sauce....wow....I would order that again! There is no... More

I really recommend going to this place. Remember make a reservation. For a big named chefs restaurant this one keeps up to its hype. I had the steak, and man... it was a man's portion. Got the cauliflower with it... flavours where off the charts. Services was great, you had two servers all night. Fun friendly atmosphere. Their signature cocktails... More

In vegas for March madness. First night in vegas after a long day. Went to mesa grill after a show. Wasn't to excited but wife convinced me it would be good. Started with well poured cocktails. The bread and queso and whatever else great. Then more cocktails. Then I got rare the rare ribeye, wife got potato things with lobster... More

The food and service were excellent. You pay for quality, not quantity. A meal that you only get a few times at a few places. This is one of them.

Well, when in Vegas it really would be a shame, if you have the time and money, not to visit the restaurants of renowned chefs like chefs Flay, Moonen, Puck, etc., and so I made a reservation for Mesa. Located in the heart of the buzzy gaming floor of Caesar's Palace I was glad the restaurant was designed to keep... More

I've always been a fan of Bobby's style of cooking. If you go I definitely recommend the tamales with shrimp and roasted corn!!! The service was great and our whole meal was perfect. I really liked the atmosphere. I just wish that bobby would've been there to autograph the cookbook I purchased. It's not cheap, but it was well worth... More

Even though it is pricey, it is just great food. Have eaten at the location in Atlantis several times - this was our first to the Vegas location. Consistent food, although the famed corn is only seasonal - the cauliflower was just as delicious though.
