Our second LV buffet experience having also eaten at the MGM. The Mandalay price $35 pp included beer, soft drinks and sparkling wine so I thought is was good value. The steamed crab was popular but I found the crab meat rather tasteless. USA shrimps / prawns were/are also consistently bland. Come to Oz and taste some real fresh prawns.... More

This buffet is the reason I'm never staying at or returning to Mandalay Bay. Before you walk in, it seems like a classy resort that might offer things to make the hike south worth it. I hiked south, past Luxor, and wow, do I regret it. This was, hands-down, the most disappointing and regrettable dining experience I have had in... More

We hit the brunch buffet and left barely able to walk under the weight of the food we packed away lol! My favourite was the omelet bar, where the chef makes whatever type of egg you may want. Best omelet I've ever had. My daughter was partial to the dessert row - lots of tasty treats to choose from. The... More

We had a voucher for a buy one get one lunch at the buffet. After experiencing the Wynn buffet, a few days prior, this was a mistake. We had eaten at this buffet several times over the years in the past, but unfortunately the attention they used to give the buffet is no more. The quality of food wasn't too... More

We just came back from our week stay at Mandalay Bay. On our first night we had dinner here and it was good. it had all your basic buffet items like Roast Beef, Asian Food, Mexican Food, Pizza, Pasta, Salad, and Seafood. Again...very basic. But nothing really tasted bad. I just think that if I added a few more dollars,... More

Just your average buffet. For the money, it should be a bit more 'unique' but was overall good food.

This was my favourite buffet and I have visited it three or four times in the past. This time we had free vouchers from MyVegas and I'm glad we didn't go all the way down the strip and pay for it. We waited for sometime to be seated for no apparent reason as once we got in it was clear... More

The atmosphere was lovely, the decor beautiful and the food excellent. Wonderful variety of foods and the service was very good. Nice to have two very outgoing gentlemen servicing the wine and beer area.

We had the Sunday brunch and overall the food selections were ok but the food taste was pretty average. The brunch cost was $29 and I don't believe I got my money's worth. The desserts were average with not many selections. Being a buffet my expectations weren't really that high and that's pretty much where this buffet would rank.

We had breakfast/brunch/lunch buffets (the meals tend to bleed into one another) at the Aria, Mirage, MGM, Mandalay Bay, and Palms (the last being the only non-My Vegas buffet) during our last trip to Vegas. Without question, the Mandalay Bay was the one that we least enjoyed (Mirage, btw, was a close second). To start, when we ate there last... More
