I've been to the 'Real' Hofbrauhaus in Munich, and this is a reasonable facsimile. It looks similar, but newer and cleaner. The menu is larger, and is prepared more for American tastes. Hosted a group of 30+ for a Friday night birthday party. Had a blast. It was a bit pricey but worth every dime. German food is German food. Food was good but this is more of a total experience.
