I am staying next door to Hamada at the Residence Inn and have been here since Sunday. The parking lot is empty, lights are off and when it tried the door it was locked at dinner time.

This Hamada located just a mile or so east of the strip is in an area of better restaurants, so high prices shouldn't be a shock. However, with the exception of a $19 chicken entree, meals were in the $30 to $40 range, and over $60 if you dared to add a single lobster tail. Also fried rice which is...

This once very busy restaurant was empty when we arrived at 7:30 PM the decor was run down and the staff a little feisty. I really needs a face lift. Having said that the food was fantastic and reasonably priced
Generous portions and well prepared makes this a place I wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Personnel dressed in kimonos adds to a nice atmosphere. Fairly priced.

I...

Went for Sushi one night during my stay. Disappointed to see that the crab used in lots of the rolls was 'chopped" (AKA as cheaper fill crab) Pricing didn't reflect "cheaper" crab fill. OK, but not the best Sushi ever!
