Ate here during my September Vegas trip for the first time. Not a great location within the casino, but a very family feel inside. Extremely slow service due to an overwhelmed waitress (literally ran through the restaurant trying to do everything). Food was poorly seasoned, shrimp were not deveined and were very tough. Prices through the roof - $60 per entree. Recommend going to a good steakhouse on the strip instead of Hamada. more

My husband and I ate here and we LOVED it! Our chef (Tiger Woo) was great! The food was the best I have had in a long time. He added his own flavors to things, and it was superb. He was an excellent chef, and did a great show too. We had steak and scallops. The fried rice was excellent. more

We ate at the Hamada of Japan in the Luxor and since it was rated high on this site I thought I would be a good choice. We ate sushi at the sushi bar and you could smell the fish....which leaves me to believe it isn't that fresh. The sushi we ordered was not that good. We have definately had... more
