I contacted the Quad hotel today (4 /8/2013) to make reservations for next week, and the hotel operator said that the restaurant was closed?? Yet, when I search online it appears to be open..I called back and talked to another person who said it was closed due to the renovations. Does anyone have an update?

I've gone here several times over the last 8 months. It is my "go to" place when taking out friends or dates. Delicious food at a decent price, good strong drinks, and friendly people working here. Steak, tri-tip, miso salmon, herb roasted chicken are favorite meals of mine, and their appetizer selection is just as delicious with crispy beef tacos,... More

When we go to Vegas, we like to go at least one night for fine dining. This place was quite good. I had the prime rib, and although I didn't think I was hungry, I ate the whole (12 oz) thing!! My husband had the twin lobster tails. My husband loves his lobster and he said they were excellent. We... More

We were looking for a nice dinner that would not break the bank and someone at Harrah's told us about Embers which is just next door. The building is being renovated but the restaurant has already been done. They had a special. You could have your choice of salad, an entree ( we choose prime rib) and cheesecake for desert.... More

A little pricey but intimate and cozy. Food is excellent, service is very good. There are several restaurants in the area and parking can be a challenge but it is worth the trouble.

Taking a break from gaming at the Imperial Palace (now known as the Quad), we decided to give their steakhouse a try. A good decision as the chateaubriand was excellent and the service impeccable. The wine list was unexceptional but adequate. Price was better than many steakhouses in Vegas. Will definitely eat there again.

After wandering around the under renovation Imperial Palace (now the Quad). we found Embers tucked away on the 5th floor. Paneled in dark woods, it was blessedly quiet and classy. Used a coupon and shared the filet - cooked perfectly medium - the scallop special - alas only four - and sides of asparagus and sauteed mushrooms. Service was smooth... More

Visited here for dinner for the first time. Service was great, atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was great. Had prime rib and found it to be cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Our server, Clarence, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this restaurant and will be visiting again soon! Reservations recommended.

We rented a house in Summerlin and discovered Embers on Rampart on our last night. Wish we'd found it sooner. Sat at the bar and had a great meal & were entertained by the other folks sitting at the bar. Our bartender was mixing up some awesome drinks too!
