We always select a good restaurant on our last night of the holiday and on Sunday 14th we selected Canal Street Steak & Seafood to dine in. We made a reservation earlier in the day, although they didn't seem to be that busy. The service is excellent as is the food. Again as I am not a BIG eater the... More

we had the best booth in the restaurant! it was right next to a fireplace and we could see almost the entire restaurant. I had prime rib and lobster and it was wonderful! my husband had the Steak Diane which was equally delicious! the service was amazing from the host to waitress to the waitress' assistant. I can't wait to... More

My wife and I hit Vegas 3-4 times a year. We always stay at The Orleans and we always eat at Canal Street. We have never had a bad meal or bad experience in the 15+ times we have dined there. We celebrated her birthday with dinner there just a few nights ago. She had the steak and lobster special... More

Canal Street is a fine dining restaurant located in The Orleans Casino in Las Vegas. My wife and I stayed at The Orleans and we made reservations for 5:00PM on a Thursday evening. My wife and I are total Foodies so when I made the reservation I made two requests. 1) I wanted the best table in the place. 2)... More

We had planned to have dinner at the Canal Street for over a month. We made a reservation (6:30 pm on a Sunday evening) for our anniversary. We were seated next to an extremely loud party of ten, although 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. I spoke to the Waiter, and hostess about the issue. At least the waiter apologized.... More

We had dinner prior to seeing a show. Allowed 2 hours, took a little over 1 hour (so had a little time to gamble). We sat in a two-person clamshell type table (thus the Old Vegas feel). Our waiter was attentive, but not bothersome. Our dinners were delicious and were plenty of food. No room at all for desert. The... More

The Orleans is not for posers. So you would not expect to find a five-star steakhouse/restaurant in a relaxed hotel/casino like the Orleans.... But this is one top notch restaurant! We have eaten here almost every time we have stayed at the Orleans over the years, and even have come here to eat when staying elsewhere in town. Very classy... More

Started off with Lobster Bisque followed by a Caesar Salad prepared tableside (like the fine restaurants used to do). Had the Prime Rib which was excellent and the Colorado Lamb which was some of the best I have ever had. Cocktails were made perfectly. Too full for dessert.

We decided to splurge a little and have a really nice meal during our Vegas stay. This was the perfect place! We were a party of five, and everyone had something different, and everyone loved their meal. Our waiter was a pro, serving five different cocktails and five different meals without any hesitation about who got which one. And save... More
