The only time I have dined at Lawry's was over 50 tears ago in Los Angeles. When I saw the Lawry's Las Vegas near my hotel, it elicited faded but outstanding memories. I had to go there! I was curious since I feel beef quality has deteriorated considerably over the years, how would Lawry's fare. To get to the point... More

Lawry's serves up some some of the most incredible prime rib I've ever had. I rarely eat it in a restaurant because rarely usually can't it be cooked correctly. It's all about the slow roast and right temp to get it so tender it could be cut with a simple table knife. Lawry's has the cooking down to a science.... More

Every time we eat at Lawry's in Vegas, we have a wonderful time, impeccable service, and a great meal. Prior to eating at Lawry's, I was not a prime rib fan. Lawry's English cut prime rib is ideal for the person who does not want a huge piece of meat. You receive 3 medallions that are cooked to your liking.... More

Having known about Lawry's for years and passing by almost daily when they were located on Maple Ave in Dallas, we finally got the chance to eat there while on a recent visit to Las Vegas. We had met some friends in town for the Rodeo, and they had treated us to dinner the night before, so it was our... More

We went there for lunch and found the prime rib both fantastic and reasonably priced too! It is served Hofbräu style for lunch meaning you walk up to the carving cart and the chef carves your choice from the beautiful prime ribs resting in the stainless steel carving cart. The prime rib is served with either creamed spinish or creamed... More

We decided to have dinner at Lawry’s on our first night in Las Vegas because my girlfriend found a Travelzoo offer and because it was the first weekend that carolers would be making the rounds in the restaurant. The Travelzoo offer included salad, California cut prime rib, petite lobster tail, coffee or tea, and dessert for $49 per person. The... More

My wife and I travel to Vegas once a year, this is one restaurant that we make every effort to visit during our trip. Our recent visit was totally as expected. We were greeted upon our arrival and everyone made a great effort to see that we had everything we wanted. The carving table for lunch was as good as... More

I have eaten at a lot of Lawry's and hands down it's the best prime rib constantly at any of them. The prime rib is the main feature and you will not be disappointed. The servers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The sides are fresh and hot. Yes, you can get prime rib at most buffets, but for the true... More

This is fine dining at its best. Its old school, where your server is called Mr. or Miss (last name), and when you are seated at the booth, they literally pull out the booth so you don't have to slide in... that's classy! The server greets you with a smile, and starts you off with warm sourdough bread, then prepares... More

We have eaten at several Lawry's. They have always been very good and this one was no different. We had a lunch portion of prime rib, which was very generous, and a ribeye steak. The service was not quite as wonderful as we have had a other Lawry's. But it was okay. The location was only a few block walk... More
