We are frequent visitors of The Broiler in Boulder Station and have had many great meals there; however, our most recent visit left much to be desired. We ordered a filet (medium) and a ribeye (medium rare). Unfortunately, the steaks were cooked just the opposite as we had ordered them -- the ribeye was at least a medium and the... More

Great salad bar. Steak was excellent also, at half the price of the places on the strip. Server was a long time employee and very helpful. No problem patking, but it was hard to find because nothing tells you it is inside a hotel/casino. They need to improve on that, big time.

We booked a night at this hotel specifically to dine with Hugo. What an amazing experience. The salad bar is plentiful, I ordered filet on the bone with scallops, they were delicious. Hubby ordered filet mignon, also cooked perfectly. Wine was great and a complimentary anniversary desert was really appreciated. This steak house is amazing and half the price of... More

If you don't know what dry aged beef is you probably won't appreciate the NY strip steak here. I have the benefit of having worked at a meat store while in college so I know the difference between institutional, cryovac beef (chain steakhouses, grocery stores) and premium prime aged beef. When I was served my steak I immediately cut into... More

We met some friends at the Boulder Station Casino (this was their choice). We don't eat red meat and ordered the crab cakes and the crab & lobster mac n' cheese. the crab cakes were inedible, tasting like really fishy canned crab and the lobster mac n' cheese had the same flavor. One of our friends ordered halibut which she... More

We ate there on a Saturday night and were very dissapointed. The salad bar is excellent, service good and the lobster bisque is excellent. Everything else was not. We both ordered the lobster tail and both were over cooked. The side dish we ordered was creamed corn, it was terrible. It was way undercooked-the corn was crunchy! Paid over 100... More

Wow, what can I say? This place rocks in the Palace Station hotel casino. My crew and I ate there yesterday. There is usually a line and the wait can be an hour during dinner. Arrive early evening by 4pm. The establishment is lined with fountain style stools and it is first come due to limited seating. Your average meal... More

First of all this is the only place I've ever been that on the salad bar offered real crab chucks not bits in a crab salad. It was fabulous! When at the salad bar however my hubby and I both got soup but there was only 1 spoon available, table next to ours had to request spoons for their soup... More

We ordered the seafood platter. It was huge, and very tasty. I like the salad bar and the split pea soup on the salad bar. Our waiter was outstanding. Great service. I would highly reccommend thsi place. It has great food and great service. The price isn't cheap, but you accept that when they have outstanding food on the menu.... More
