We were there for our anniversary. The hotel concierge made the reservation, abnd we had an excellent dinner. The food was plentiful and tasty. The service and atmosphere were top-notch. We asked for their Chimichurri recipe, and they were more than happy to share it. Can't wait to go back!

The food and wait staff were very good, I like Fogo de Chao better, but Samba is still worth the visit. Both my wife and I had the rodizio, my brother had a sirloin, all selections were very good, and the cost was reasonable.

As a meat lover I was hoping to stumble into heaven here. I even skipped all the sides to concentrate on the rodizio and all that meat. The flavours were good with lots of variety but one of the steak cuts were a little tough. Cocktail (Rum Punch) was very tasty. I cannot speak to the desserts because it was... More

I was expecting a Brazilian steakhouse with a salad bar and lots of side dishes to choose from. Here, they first served the salad (with olives - no thank you) and about two sides, along with rice and beans. Of the sides, the plantains were the best, but not great. The meats were OK. The beef was a bit fatty... More

I went to Las Vegas in early April and stayed at the mirage during my stay. I brought my mother along with me on this trip and took her out to dinner at Samba's steakhouse. I had made my reservations about 10 days before we left and informed the reservation rep that my mother has a wheat allergy and has... More

We had a two for one coupon for this restaurant at the Mirage. Good thing. The price of the rodizio was over $40 per person. We were especially interested in trying the lamb but they kept on bringing us tough cuts of pork and beef until I finally had to tell the waiter to bring lamb. Some of the chicken was... More

Went to Samba Brazilian Steakhouse as part of the show/dinner package. The booths are so comfortable. The meat is so delicious (especially the flank steak). The plantains were my favorite to eat with the meat. The sangria was was very very good. Service is quick and continuous

We've had Brazilian style before, but not like this. Their Rodizio has a great selection of meats, such as lamb, steak (at least three kinds), chicken, bacon-wrapped turkey, roasted pork, pineapple, and sausage. I know, pineapple isn't a meat. But, they do serve it grilled on the skewer, just like the meats. They also have garlic bread served that way,... More
