Eating at Samba's is an experience worth the time and money. You are greeted warmly by experienced Brazilian servers. They explain the customs and guide you through a course of fire roasted meats ranging from sirloin, bacon wrapped chicken and lamb.

The fish smelt so bad, when asked how old? they replied all our fish is less than one week old!!! The salmon was brown. Endless salad meant one bowl each. Our friends ordered two fish dishes and received two steak dishes. The sangria had very little alcohol. The waiter was very rude. I have eaten all over the world and... More

We were tired and hungry after a long day of walking the trade shows, and we decided to try Samba. They only take reservations, so we ate at the bar which was quite enjoyable! We had a nice glass of wine, and ordered the chicken dinner. The chicken was a little spicy but really good and juicy. It came with... More

if you're a meat eater this is the place for you. family style side dishes like rice and beans, mixed vegetables, and salad are placed on the table and then the meat is brought around until you can't eat anymore. there are single item entrees also available for purchase but the "rodizio" style option is the reason people go here.... We stayed at the Mirage when family came to visit us from England. Since we were doing a tour of Nevada, Arizona and back to California, this was a short stop. We made reservations at Samba Steakhouse so our guests could experience Brazilian barbecue. We chose the all you can barbecue so we could sample what they offered --- beef,... More

We had a nice dinner at this busy restaurant. We found the seating/ reservation arrangements kind of arbitrary. We asked for a booth and had to wait for one while there were others in another part of the place. I would think that restaurants in the casino would be always open. We had an excellent waitress. Our dinner was very... More

The food here was excellent. For $50/person, it is a little spendy if you have a large group, but it was worth the money. You can eat all the meat you can handle! It was a good variety of different meats - chicken, turkey and pork and beef. The meal also comes with rice, beans, breads and dipping sauces. Highly... More

If you're looking for good food lots of meat and good food this place is for you. We went early and in the weekday and we were able to get a great discount on their main attraction which is a buffet of all the different types of meat and as well the restaurant was only like 80% full but we... More

When you get the all inclusive meal like all Brazilian style restaurants the meat is always good. But unlike other same style restaurants this place did not have a salad bar. They served you paltry side dishes of rice and some kind of potatoes that none of us liked. They charge the same price as other Brazilian places but are... More

I have heard great things about a Brazilian Rodizio, so since this restaurant was located at our Hotel, I thought I'd give it a try. What we got was some fairly tasty meats, but at a high price. Since i was on vacation, i was less concerned about price as much as I was for receiving value for our money.... More
