Very Good Food, Wine, and Service

There were 6 or 7 of us that went here. We got the all-you-can-eat $44.95 Brazilian barbecue. It was my first time (hard to believe). Lots of meat: chicken, pork, steak, duck, turkey in bacon, sausage, rolls, veggie sides. Ate too much as one is prone to do at these places, but it was good... read more

Treated ourselves for our last night in Vegas. We went for the $45 package, excluding drinks and we thought it was definitely worth it! The variety of meat was amazing and top quality and so were the side dishes, which is always the case in restaurants like these. Service was good and friendly at explaining the options and system. Would... More

I have been to several different Brazilian Steakhouses. Samba had a nice variety of meat. When something was too rare for me, the came back with it cooked a little more. Staff was very friendly. It was nice to see female meat runners, usually they are males at the places I've been to. My only complaint is there isn't a... More

We had a buy one get one free coupon to this restaurant from the Player's Club. We checked the menu out in the afternoon and the pricing was $44.99 for dinner. When we returned that evening we showed the coupon to our waiter and we were informed that the pricing had changed due to dynamic pricing to $49.99. We were... More

Good afternoon and thank you so very much for bringing these concerns to my attention. I truly appreciate it. I would like to express my sincere apology due to the miscommunication that you encountered. This is certainly unfortunate and not the sort of experience we aim for. I would certainly like to look into further details of your dinner, if... More

First timer Brazilian barbeque. I thought it was excellent, we ordered a pitcher of the rum punch, other sides included black beans and rice, mixed vegetables, and fried plantains. I enjoyed all of the sides but really liked the meat. My favorites were the lamb and two different beef entrees, was not all that impressed with the honey-glazed chicken. My... More

This Brazilian style steakhouse is set up differently than Foga de Chao as the salad is brought to you (one type of salad rather than a magnificent salad bar). The salad was good, not great. The concept of the red and green is carried over here and the two or three servers were good about coming often, yet several times... More

We were there for our anniversary. The hotel concierge made the reservation, abnd we had an excellent dinner. The food was plentiful and tasty. The service and atmosphere were top-notch. We asked for their Chimichurri recipe, and they were more than happy to share it. Can't wait to go back!

This was my third visit. I adore the decor and watching people go about their business in the casino, it's located at the back of the Mirage very close to the elevators and the Revolution bar. The staff are always nice and will always explain the rule about the red and green wooden 'thingy' for the table, basically if you... More

The food and wait staff were very good, I like Fogo de Chao better, but Samba is still worth the visit. Both my wife and I had the rodizio, my brother had a sirloin, all selections were very good, and the cost was reasonable.
