As soon as i touch down in Vegas, i come to Samba. The food has always been consistently good. The service is always excellent. They serve the most delicious salad and their steaks are always tasty and cooked perfectly. I have been going to Vegas for 11 years, have eaten in dozens and dozens of restaurants, yet this one still... More

Every trip to Vegas means a visit to Samba for dinner! And every time I dine at Samba, I must get the Rodizio all you can eat dinner! Start with a delicious salad and then enjoy a smattering of appetizers and sides. Then, the meal really starts! Place your table marker with the green side up and soon staff will... More

Nice little Brazilian BBQ, the Rodizio is quite affordable at $50 per person and comes with salad, bread and sides. They have about 9 different meats, all were quite tasty. Service was great, the meat kept coming as quickly, or slowly, as we wanted. Oh, and they're chimichuri was FANTASTIC!

Its a lot of food and the price is fine, I suppose. The food was fine too. Nothing stands out except the weird clamshell decor.

We had been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and wanted to try a different one. I liked this one because you didn't have to do the all you can eat option, there was also a la carte. So, hubby got the all you can eat, and I got the salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and served on a bed... More

I've visited samba on two occasions and have had a great experience on both occasions. On both times I have had the Rodizio (all you can eat meat). The standard of the meat served is very high and the free sides which come with it seem to be a big of a token gesture , I say this because they... More

Nothing about Samba stood out as special. Although the food and service was very good, it was just average. There isn't a salad bar like other Brazilian steakhouses so you only get one serving. We did the dinner and show package and this was not a good choice since you will feel rushed.

I made the mistake of dining here for my 10-year wedding anniversary. I still feel horrible that I am responsible for making this reservation and ruining our anniversary. I came here a year ago with some friends and the food was excellent. This time it was almost inedible. It was burnt and gross!!! I thought I was going to vomit... More

We really enjoyed the dinner, the quality of the food is very good and the service is outstanding. We showed up without a reservation and they were quick in giving us a table
