Have eaten at the Carson Street Cafe many times, and have never been disappointed. Been there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food, and service is always top notch.

This is the Golden Nugget's mid-priced restaurant and it is very nice. It is an open setting so you can people watch and has an outdoor restaurant feel but with A/C! I'm not sure when they close but my wife and I had a great breakfast at midnight for $9.99. In the day my lunch was a rueben sandwich and... More

We at both breakfast and dinner at the diner and both times we had the most friendly and fun staff. The food was also very good but the service made the meals stand out.

We ate here twice. The waiters were very friendly and nice and the service was very good. We really enjoyed our meals, the omelets were really good, as was everything we had there.

mmmm so good. our server at the Carson street cafe was just full of personality and we had a great time cutting up with her. She told us about the champagne drink specials, so hey, we had to give em a try. The peach bellini was so good, and only $3 each. what a way to start the morning!

I liked this place! Just good food at a good price, nothing extraordinary but still good. We played a little Keno while we ate

We have eaten here on several occasions over the last 4 years. Generally the service is good, location is convenient and with luck (or asking) you will get seated so that you are at one of the sides that looks out into pool area or the hall joining Carson hotel tower to casino. These seats are good places to 'people... More

We had an older 60ish mail waiter. He kept staring down my two teens shirts and messed up our order. He complained about refilling drinks and we had to ask to get them done.

The food is good in the Carson St. but we have not encountered good service in this establishment on any of our visits there. We were last there a few months ago and both times we ate here, I had to eventually go track down a manager to get someone to wait on us.
