Beautiful restaurant, but for us disappointing

We purposely chose the Village Seafood Buffet because we wanted lobster. And, they advertise lobster as one of their premier items along with crab legs, shrimp, etc. It was not what we wanted! They offer cold water whole lobsters, but my wife gets totally turned off when served a whole lobster... read more

I spent a lot of time looking for pure seafood buffets in Vegas, and found this one, and although it had mixed reviews I wanted to try it anyway because it offered lobster tails, needless to say, I will believe the reviews from now on! They did offer a variety of seafood but let me first start with the "lobster... More

I went with some others who had been here in previous years, and couldn't say enough wonderful things about it. My experience left me less enthusiastic. The variety was greater than I was expecting (I thought it would be entirely seafood, instead about 2/3 of the offerings were mammal or poultry), but most of the items suffered from the usual... A few years ago I remember this was the best seafood buffet in town. When we returned to Las Vegas a few years later for a family vacation we received some discount coupons so took a party of five for a pre-show dinner. The place was very busy (normally a good sign). The crab legs and shrimp were pretty good... More

The buffet offered a wide selection of seafood. Everything I tried was average to good. Our server was attentive and helpful. Overall it added to the Vegas experience. Even thought the price might be considered little high, you will not leave hungry.

There is a very large variety of seafood, just not done the way I'd like. Being from the east coast of Canada, we can be picky when it comes to seafood and this place was just ok. Not sure if I should have expected more though. You can also get your fill of things other than seafood. Average at best.... More

This place used to be awesome! I remember getting plates of just lobster tails, crab legs and sushi! This time the lobster smelled sour and old. The crabs legs were covered in salt and still mostly frozen. The only thing I could eat was the sushi-the salmon sashimi pieces were great -I will admit! There are a lot of other cooked... More

oh what a let down, we love our seafood, so we were looking forward to trying this out, but what a shame, that was not lobster, it was the size of a prawn. the other offerings were just as poor. fair to say we wont be back.

This was the worst buffet experience. The food was subpar and the wait staff was nonexistent. Don't waste your time and money!

If you like Seafood then the village buffet is the place to go. It's a bit pricey but I thought it was well worth it. They have seafood dishes from all over the world here including lobster tails. My personal favorite was the steamed crab legs. Also I have to mention, for the crab leg lovers, in addition to the... More
