Service was good, ambience decent, and variety of food as expected. Oysters on half shell a bit of a joke, but what do you expect in the middle of the desert?

Save your money. For the price that they charge I was expecting alot more of selection. Crab Legs were ok but what they were serving for lobster was very poor. I usually belive you get what you pay for excepy here.

The crab is about all we go for and have been going there since 2002. I have never been disappointed. The only disappointment we have had is the price. It has gone up way too high, but I guess if I am going to just sit there and eat 6 plates of crab it may be a good deal. We'll... More

Looking for and average Vegas buffet with some seafood treats. It was below average and the sea food was sub par even the frozen crab.

I have friends that always make a trip to this buffet when they are in LV. My husband, who is allergic to shellfish, came along this time but there was plenty of non shellfish options. If I find something at a buffet I like, I usually load up and skip salads and other things that are just going to take... More

I enormously regret that I did not read through some reviews about this place. Terrible place as H***. I would rather donate my money to homeless. If you eat king crab legs more than three, you must drink at least one cup of water because it was too salty. When I ate a piece of lobster tail, I became so... More

After much anticipation and excitement, I finally had the opportunity to have dinner at The Village Seafood Buffet located in the Rio Las Vegas Hotel. After doing research and reading many reviews, I was finally heading over to try the " Remarkable " Buffet. I was not impressed at all. The Restaurant gets high remarks for the amount of food... Had dinner with family and a friend here. What we wanted were crab legs and the restaurant could not keep enough of it out because so many people wanted the same thing. Awesome arrangement of different foods, Chinese, Japanese and others. Stayed basically with the seafood though. Was just great and highly recommend this restaurant on your visit to Las... More

This is not fine dining, do not be mistaken. But, for a buffet, we thought it was very good. Our food was great, lobster was well cooked, not mushy or tough. People might be discouraged by how small the lobster tails are, but we thought the taste was there. Crab was great, and the variety of other dishes was good.... More
