Do not go here. Awful. Popadoms stale, Starter served with brown lettuce. Curry tasted of vinegar. I know this sounds rude but the food gave off a taste of poo. I haven't tasted poo before but the smell of it is the after taste of this food served. Vile!

If you like good Indian food and happen to be going to the Rio, Royal India Bistro is NOT to be missed! We were on our way to see Penn & Teller at the Rio and needed a good meal beforehand that wouldn't take too long. Royal India Bistro fit the bill and we were absolutely surprised at just how... More

At a poker tournament and it's hard to snag a seat, when 2000 poker players are all on break at the same time! Saw this place and sat at the Bar. Not well known, so never that crowded - I guess the Vegas crowd (American palate??) don't do "Curry". I had Chicken 65, then a Dal with Roti. They also... More

This will be a new favorite of mine in Vegas. Did the lunch buffet which had amazing vegetarian and meat entres on it. Nan was served hot from the oven, service was very good in a very nice setting. How this place isn't more popular i don't know. Very flavorful but not over the top/on fire.

We were waiting to see a show in the same area and were hungry, so we decided to drop in and give it a try. Not sure what to expect but pleasantly surprised. The tastes were many and experience a blast.

From the minute we arrived it was bad , the only thing that actually made this experience bearable was the company and the fact we were in Vegas. The waitress we had was completely and utterly useless at her job , we tried to order drinks (a vodka and orange and a beer) and she had to go to the... More

We enjoyed everything about this place, from the food to the service. Next time I'll be sure to try some of the other food there, but our food was delicious! (I would type what we had, but my friends ordered the food for the table, I just ate.) Family-style food, enough food if there's one dish per person (or more,... More

We ate here on our first night in Vegas because it was in the hotel. Since it was a hotel restaurant we were not expecting much but wow, what a surprise. The food is authentic and exceptional. I've sampled Indian food from around the globe and this surprisingly ranked right up there with the best from London or Delhi. Highly... More

My husband and I ate here last Sunday night and it was a very good experience. Compared to the Indian restaurants that I've been to in both Los Angeles and England, this was among the best. It also was the spiciest that I've eaten! I had a "medium" spicy chicken biriyani and I couldn't feel my tongue! The onion bargee... More
