Great fish n chips!

My fav item on their menu is the fish n' chips, well, the chips are actually the best part! They are steak fries, thick cut, and always hot!! The dish includes peas and a ranch dipping sauce that is not tart or runny. They have a dart board, vast variety of imported beers and the atmosphere is very... read more

This is an old place, a British pub with good grub and great service. I just didn't like the smokey smell inside. The Yorkshire pudding was the best!

Sorry the smell was a little off for you -- definitely want to keep the ambiance comfortable for our guests and I hope you'll accept my apologies that we didn't completely come through for you there. Other than that though, it seems like between the service and the Yorkshire pudding you had a pretty great time, and that's fantastic to... More

Its been a year since we ate here last and I am glad to say the quality of service , food and beer has been maintained and somewhat improved in the menu choice. They have managed to infuse a British pub feel with an american bar that gives the best of both worlds . We ate off the main menu... More

Great pub atmosphere! The Fish & Chips are delicious. Nice selection of beers. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and the Washington Redskin fans were out in force!

My hubby likes this place, I think it's average. Not bad fish n chips. It's about 2 miles from the strip and about 1/4-1/2 mile from the university.

Happy to see you and the hubby have made a couple trips down here, Suz! Wish we stood out to you a little more, and that we had a little more info on how we could improve. Hope to see you two in again next time you're in LV -- until then! All the best, Richard, The Publican More

I stumbled onto this place while looking for a good beer and something to eat. They have a decent selection of British beer on tap, including some fairly obscure stuff. Well's Bombardier was easily my favorite of the night. Their food was OK. I ordered fish and chips. Unfortunately, the fish was immensely thick, making it hard to cut and... More

We'd love to have you back, Dan! Thanks for dropping us a line -- always nice to see how our guest's visits are going. I appreciate the honesty on the fish -- I'll talk to the kitchen team about that. See you back next time you're in Vegas! Cheers, Richard, The Publican More

Being from New Zealand and living in the USA there are things that I miss from home, being a British Commonwealth country we share alot of similar traditional food. I was excited to stumble across this pubs website and see food that I've been craving, I decided to wait for my birthday to check it out. We stopped by around... More

Doesn't seem like we blew you away on your trip down, and I am so sorry to see it! Slow service and tough chicken sounds pretty frustrating, and typically isn't something we hear often -- the curry is one of our most popular items. I hope you'll accept my apologies there. I'll forward this information along to the rest of... More

Went on our first night short taxi ride from MGM end of the strip.English style pub with English menu eg fish and chips Etc.Reasonable prices and a range of European beers friendly and helpful staff .It's not quite like at home but it's different to most American bars, worth a visit for comfort food.

Thanks for the kind review, Perrygrin! We know we're not exactly like some of the pubs on your side of the pond, but we're pretty darn close and I'm thrilled to see you enjoyed everything. Next time you in the Vegas area, we'd love to see you back down again! Cheers, Richard, The Publican More

We popped to this pub to catch some English football on the TV and try the fish and chips people on TripAdvisor had been raving about. Located about 2 miles off the Strip, the pub is easy to find. The pub is very dark inside and could do with some extra light in there. This may be difficult as it... More

My dad and myself visited the Crown & Anchor in Las Vegas various times during 20-27th October after coming across the pub when searching the internet for the nearby Pinball museum. We were very impressed with what they had to offer in terms of food and had the "full monty" breakfast a couple of times, fish & chips one night... More

Reviews from our neighbors across the pond really are special, so thank you so much for the kind words! When an Englishman approves of our pub, then that's really a compliment.
