We wanted a dinner away from the strip and this place was perfect. All three of us had the all you can eat fish and chips, and they were delicious. It's just a fun English Pub, no frills, but very good food. The fish and chips were around $13, and Gordon Ramsey's were $46 at Paris and $28 at Caeser's.... More

Visited for the Scotland v Ireland game in June having been recomended by other contributors on Trip Advisor. Whilst it was a taxi ride away it turned out to be an excellent day, met some really good people that day watching the game, enjoyed a few good beers and good food. If you're looking to watch British sport certainly give... More

Whatever it is it's not true. This place is a gem and thankfully off the strip. Was fortunate to walk in during the final game of the Women's World Cup amidst chanting and singing from dual sides of the wooden bar. Classic. Wide selection of ales & ciders and classic Brit food fare but served in generous American portions. The... More

Character and Charm? This means so much -- especially coming from someone who seems to know a thing or two about charm themselves! Thank you so much for this fantastic review -- it was such a pleasure to read. All the best, Richard, The Publican More

My friend and I went there after she got off from a long day of dealing the WSOP. I picked the restaurant due to the online reviews and the menu. The dining room was closed so we had to sit in the bar area. That would have been okay if the muscle bound guy with dyed hair hadn't been dropping... More

We do not see women as being more fragile than men, so the profanity you heard was not meant as disrespect, but more because it's quite easy for us to forget ourselves sometimes. I'm really sorry that it upset you so much -- I really wish you had said something while you were here. Obviously, if this slight was brought... More

I come to the Crown and Anchor every time i'm in Vegas, I know i can easily watch the English football games at my hotel but still i will cab it down to the C&A with a raging hangover while my wife sleeps off the night before. Each and every time I visit I make new friends whilst drinking a... More

A good place to enjoy some British-style pub food and a good selection of beers. A bit noisy during the busy hours but otherwise fun to go to from time to time.

Thanks so much, Owen -- glad to hear that our food and beer hit the spot! It's a shame you're not a fan of our more lively moments, but I understand it isn't for everyone. I hope we'll be seeing you soon! All the best, Richard, The Publican More

We come to the Crown & Anchor every time we are in Vegas for some traditional English eats and a few ciders. We've had pretty much everything on the menu but the standouts for us are the shepherds pie and the fish and chips. For dessert, the crumble covered in Bird's custard takes me back to grandma's house in London.... More
