Hidden Gem: best meal in Vegas

This place is amazing. From the apps to the food to the cocktails. It's off strip but worth the trip. Try the butterfish or even something off the chef's special menu. You just can't go wrong. Sushi is great too!

We were treated very well the waitress was excellent, food was good although the apple pudding not the best. The personalise birthday menu was a lovely touch and souvenir of the occassion and our family holiday.

A little off the beaten track means that this restaurant is rarely busy especially later in the evening. The food is generally up to Roy's standards although the calamari, described as crispy was a little undercooked and soggy. Would benefit from moving closer to the strip.

Very Nice escape from the Vegas Strip. Food is well done. Perhaps my only comment was it was a bit under seasoned. Service was perfect, friendly and non-intrusive. Decor was fitting a white table cloth service. Nice ambiance.

We were in Las Vegas celebrating our 30th Anniversary. My sister suggested Roy's. We have been to a few of their locations over the years. We first tried Roy's in Maui in 2001. I had "Mama's Meatloaf " and it was incredible. I made everyone in our group try it. They loved it to the point that we went back... More

Was actually out of luck trying to get reservations on the strip, and found that Roy's had places available. I have to figure that is due to its off the strip location, but we were thankful for that. The seafood and service were excellent, and Hawaiian martini's really well done.

Heard about this place from some Foodie Friends; online there were, interestingly enough, two descriptions of the "style", or type of food offered: "Haiwaiian Fusion" and "Korean Cuisine/BBQ". Checked out the menu and liked the variety of choices. Lovely environment, not loud like some restaurants, upscale or not, and this was upscale, classy. Shared two of the best meals we've... More

Roy's is a beautiful restaurant, off the strip. We ate here before, and came for dinner with a friend this time. I had Maui Wowie Shrimp salad with avocado and vinaigrette. Our friend had Tuna and avocado Maki. My entrée was the Main Mixed plates of Lobster tail, Lump Crab Cake & Tappanyaki Shrimp with Jasmine rice. My husband took... More

The food here is great and there are great deals during Aloha hour on food and drink. My husband and I stopped here for appetizers and dinner. The food was well-prepared. I enjoyed Roy's trio with three different types of fish- this is a rather small dish so if you are very hungry, I'd suggest ordering a side or appetizer.... More

Four of us went for Mother's Day. Our waiting staff was fantastic and explained our food selections so they were not spicy. We all enjoyed our selections especially the Roy trio and garlic prawn. Salt and pepper calamari was fantastic. We would go back again. Expect to pay for this experience.
