Scallops, Tuna and Swordfish

Wife and I ate here twice while we stayed at Paris hotel. Despite some of the other negative comments, we really enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and food. They are always willing to replace a dish if someone is not satisfied. Once my swordfish was a bit dry and overcooked and they replaced it... read more

Had a wonderful supper here on our first night at the Rio. We had the Ceviche to start and the Ahi Tuna and Chilean Sea Bass. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent, we will be back.

We grabbed a bit here before going to see a show at the Rio. It wouldn't have been our first choice but it was convenient and the prices were good for a fish restaurant.

I can deal with the dark lighting, and I don't mind paying $49 for a really good seafood buffet - but this was horrible. There was even shrimp shell in the sushi, and bone fragments in the roast duck. The seafood pastas were passable, and the tzaziki was decent. But the lobster chunks smelled like someone had urinated in the... More

Great service...unlike the front desk of the hotel. The food is a step up from the rest of the hotel. It's not a 3 star michelin restaurant, but enough for soemone who eats at the other places during the trip.

My husband and I stay at the Rio every year when we go to Vegas but we have never been to Buzios. What have we been missing? Granted, with all the amazing restaurants in Vegas, it is a task in itself to choose where to dine, but this restaurant has been right at our doorstep! A busy restaurant but we... More

Although there were mountains of food as far as your eye could see, I personally thought that $45 per plate, not including a tip, was extremely high. I would've paid around $25 per plate. The salad bar was sub par as well as the offerings for those who are not big seafood eaters. Our service was very slow as far... More

As we were going to a show and were tight for time we sat at the bar and were served quite quickly, which was a nice touch. The food is freshly cooked in front of you and was really good quality. Worth a visit, but the Rio is some way out of town so transport might be needed,

My dining partner and I are not big fish eaters, however, we stumbled across Buzios and the menu seemed to call to us and we are SO glad we listened! I started off with Clam Chowder. I loved that they gave you an option of tomato-based or cream-based Clam Chowder. I went with my preferred (cream-based) and it was probably... More
