Ridiculously priced wines

Our first time to Vegas was over my wife's birthday and after researching Trip Advisor I choose Prime Steakhouse for her birthday dinner. We had a nice table in a quiet side room overlooking outside to the fountains. Service was very good and professional like I would expect from a high end Resturant. We started with a nice mix of... We're spoiled by great steakhouses in NYC, so Prime in Las Vegas may have been doomed to disappoint. Don't get me wrong: It's very good, but it doesn't rise to the level of greatness. Our party of four ordered 4 different dishes for the main course -- filet, porterhouse, pork chop & sea bass -- and all of them were... More

Jean-Georges Vongerichten was right to associate his name with this wonderful restaurant! This place has it in spades!!! It has a quiet, well-appointed, beautifully decorated dining room and bar with a separate dining room that can be reserved for larger parties. A garden patio is also available in warmer months. When you are seated it feels like you are ensconced... More

The food was very good. Can't complain. However, we had made reservations about 2 months ahead of time, telling them it was an anniversary and expected a great place to sit. Not so. At first they had is sitting right in the middle of traffic and then moved us back into the dark edge. Oh well, the food was good.

Dress up to dine here. It may not be the very best steak or lamb chops ever, but dining here is a very special treat. Luxury all the way, you have a long time to admire the Bellagio fountains right outside. The service is old school impeccable, and the food excellently prepared. However, its the understated class of the place... More

My husband and I wanted to celebrate getting my MSN and an early birthday with a Vegas vacation, and decided that a meal at Prime would be the perfect highlight to the trip. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly customer service, and quickly seated at a table with a view of the fountains. We started with the ribbons... More

A nice restaurant but seriously overpriced. The steaks were good, but certainly not the best I've had. The sides were better, a good mac and cheese. The waiter was a little over the top (mind you, this is Vegas). If Prime didn't take itself so seriously, it would have been a much better experience!

We celebrated a friend's birthday on the balcony overlooking the fountains. The servers were very attentive and the food was excellent but a bit pricey even for Las Vegas.
