Nice table by "De Niro's" painting. I asked to move my chair & table setting to be next to (rather than across from) my husband and be able to see the fountains to the side. It was no problem. Someone is training the hostess well in the finer points...my white napkin was replaced with a dark one when she saw... More

This is what upscale dining means. Food is delicious; service is great; wine list is extensive, decor is simple but elegant. It's definitely an experience to eat at Prime Steakhouse. Prices are a bit expensive (lamb chops and bone-in rib eye were both around $60) but still cheaper than Picasso. Seared foie gras as an appetizer is to die for... More

Our group of 4 dined at Prime this week. As the sole vegetarian in the group, I truly could not have been more impressed with my options. The steak eaters were blown away. Food, service and ambiance were stellar. Our experience at Spago last year was a big let down, so this was a very welcome experience when dropping $600-700... More

ill give you it's a good and restful atmosphere. Quiet and you will be well cared for as the staff is excellent and attentive. Approachable wine list...typical Vegas with $20,000 choices, but a very good list in the low $100 range. I liked the lobster better than the steak. It was excellent, well prepared and presented. The bone in strip,... More

What was not to like. Service second to none. Food was comfortable with an amazing elegance. The room with dark wood, lush draps, plush carpet made for an elegance that was understated. Do not go if you are looking for a cheep steak.

We went to Prime for my husband's birthday. We winced slightly at the menu prices but forged on and had a most delectable meal. Our server, Kevin, was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We both had on-the-bone filet mignon and it was fabulous. His surprise birthday dessert was a molten chocolate lava cake. Delicious!

Incredible food and some of the best service I have had in 55 years of travel dining. Believe this is the best combo of food and service I have encountered including travels to Europe etc. Duck was very good and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of orange sauce. Friends had Chicken and the Duroc Pork Chop. Chop... More

First off, and perhaps most importantly, this is NOT a steakhouse for a serious steak lover. If you're a discerning carnivore, looking for the consummate steakhouse in LV, cross this one off of your list (there are many superior options in town). That said, onto the lamentable experience that we encountered at this prime disaster of a 'steakhouse': 1- It... More

A reservation was made (and confirmed) in October 2014 for New Year's Eve at Prime Steakhouse for 7 adults dining a la carte. In November they contacted our group and advised the a la carte booking would not be honored and offered a set course menu with a charge of $495 per person. Needless to say, we declined. This is... Our food was amazing! We all ordered the filet and everyone are every single bite! We also ordered the Brussel sprouts with bacon-delicious! View is amazing-request to sit in front of window to see the water show or on patio (lots of heat warmers keep it toasty)
