Came here for a business dinner the other night The 3 of us ordered soups, I had the French onion and they ordered the butternut squash. I ordered the duroc porkchop and it was the best porkchop I've had in a long, long time. My two colleagues ordered steak, filet mignon and bon-in ribeye. Everything was cooked to perfection .... Anytime I go to Vegas, I always have myself a "fancy" dinner at one of the more expensive restaurants. Prime has some very good food. I had the lamb chops and my girlfriend got the filet. Both were excellent and the shrimp cocktail was probably one of the best I've had. Staff was friendly and overall experience was great. I... More

We always make time to visit Prime when we are in Vegas. The service is superb, food is fantastic! When you visit, make a reservation, then ask for a table by the window area, then you can enjoy the water show from your table. Nice! Pricey, but worth the money. Only open for dinner.

I will state the positives first. It's decor is nice. A window seat with the fountain going off is great. The wait staff are professional and cheerful. The negatives. It's expensive for the quality. I'll pay for a great steak. This place you pay for great and it's not. Mine was especially salty. Almost like they dropped all the salt... More

Best steak in town. Great service and beautiful atmosphere. If you can call ahead and get reservations to sit by a window you get to see the water show frequently. Makes for a perfect evening.

Was able to get a window seat, which had amazing views of the strip and Bellagio fountain - this was one of the best parts of this restaurant. I had the caesar salad, which was really good, and then the bone-in filet and baked potato for dinner. The filet was good, but I was expecting amazing for the price. The... More

This is a 5 diamond rates restaurant, not Michelin star. However, the food and wine is great. Was very pleased by the quality of the mid range wines, excellent recommendations by the server. Unbelievable service, you feel pretty important. Ambience was funny for Vegas, very subdued, but it's relevant if that's what you're looking for. Would return. Food is great,... More
