The title says it all. Breakfast at Bouchon is our daily ritual wherever we find ourselves in Vegas. We are usually there before 9am so there are usually no problems with getting a table without much wait. I have lived in Europe and eaten at some very good French restaurants and would say that Bouchon is up there with many of these. Excellent French bistro food. Lamb shank special was incredibly tender. Wasn't so sure about serving bread directly on the paper tablecloth. Outstanding service. Dessert was good but a little pedestrian. more
