Delicious but only when business is paying

Went here with a few colleagues and it was delicious. The best part by far was the chicken. I've never in my life had such amazing chicken. Ordering chicken at a restaurant seems so bizarre but definitely get it. We also had a cheese plate, foi gras, and some sort of truffle gnocchi. The truffle... read more

My son and I ate here tonight, and loved the menu. We shared the deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts with lardons, lamb and duck confit. Do not leave Las Vegas until you eat the duck confit with braised cabbage. To die for! The other 3 items were done very well. I would go back tomorrow if we could! Do not miss... More

This was a fabulous dinner! My wife and I are serious foodies and found this restaurant to be absolutely dead on. From the fantastic drinks to the appetizers to the dinner itself. Great experience with great service. Thanks!

Wanted to try their brunch as reviews said it was good. Wait time on a Saturday at 12pm for 2 people was 30-40 minutes. Waited exactly 45 minutes. Once seated server was attentive. Ordered the Croque Madame and the Eggs Benedict. Warm bread knots served with cherry jam(too tart) and spreadable butter. Orange juice was fresh squeezed. Soda was not... More

We are Vegas locals and a bit jaded toward Vegas Strip eateries. But we found Bouchon to be a breath of fresh air; a calm, sunlit Euro-Bistro up and away from all the food-court-feel of the other restaurants on the tourist-jammed main levels of the Venetian and Palazzo. The service was attentive, the menu well balanced, the food delicious and... More

The host told us 45 minute wait (reservations allowed only for dinner), but we asked about sitting at the bar? No problem. The menu is excellent, the three servers behind the bar were all professional, attentive, and charming. Our food, wow! Loved it. Had quiche, and the French toast made with brioche and blueberries. The appertif cocktails are delicious. Just... More

We arrived midmorning just between breakfast and lunchtime so decided to have a croque madame and a burger: both delicious. The first one just a little too buttery. Huge portion of frites on the side. The location is so unique, with that absolutely French bistro flavour: from floor tuiles to ceiling, from bar counter to wood walls. All this facing... More

I've eaten here a few times and in the beginning (2013) I enjoyed it very much. Good food and good service is always a winning combination. HOWEVER, the last two times I've gone (2015 and 2016) I was very disappointed with the service. The waiters were stumbling all over each other, confused, unprofessional and they made many mistakes. Ok, I... More
