It was a pricey meal BUT you really get what you pay for. We started off with Salmon Rillettes. Do yourself a favour. Get this dish. Our waiter recommended it to us and it was heavenly. Then I had the French Onion Soup. Seriously. The best French Onion Soup I've ever had. The beef broth was so flavourful, something you... More

We own a B&B, and it's a bit of a foodie B&B, so we are snicky about food, especially breakfast food. Bouchon was a highlight of our stay in Vegas. Great atmosphere, incredible staff and perfect food. Try the eggs over easy, they know how when few get this right! And the potatoes Lyonnais are not to be missed and... More

Our friends have been raving about this place, every time they come to Vegas they have brunch here. So they wanted us to experience this place and me, being a green horned foodie in training, was looking forward to the experience. It was what I expected with impeccable service and a place to live in the moment and enjoy each... More

We arrived early for our reservation but were seated immediately. The wait staff was professional and helpful. The steak was beautifully aged and cooked. The menu did slightly differ from the menu posted on the website and there were a few specials as well. The only downside to the whole meal was the over salting of the french fries. Otherwise... Bouchon brings very good food in a nice setting to the Las Vegas dining scene, but the experience is not to be confused with the excellence of Per Se. While the service is superior, the food is not and the tables are far too close together. This is not Paris...taking out a table or two to add space between diners... More

The food was very underwhelming. I had the bouchon steak ($62). Allegedly ribeye but it looked and tasted more like a sirloin. It definitely was not USDA prime meat. Eatable but not even close to being worth $62. Came with way too many fries. Basically a small steak (normal for a french place) with 3/4 of the large plate full... More

I thought my quiche was under-done by a mile. The pecan pastry was kind of dry. The coffee was quite good and they poached my wife's eggs perfectly. But there was nothing special about the experience. I'm in no hurry to return.

the food is way too salty, and the raclette does not taste like one. My lamb was ok, but not worth 32 dollars! The oysters could have been better. The bread is delicious.

Went here for an early dinner with my husband and daughter as a celebration during our last night in Vegas. The atmosphere in the restaurant was elegant and even though we had reservations, they were not crowded before 6 pm. The roast leg of lamb was absolutely perfect, as were the brussell sprouts with bacon. For dessert, we shared the... More

My husband and I tried Bouchon for the first time on our final morning in Vegas. They do not take reservations for breakfast, so we arrived by 8:30 am and got a great corner booth (we had the option of outdoor seating too but opted for inside). The restaurant itself is beautiful and truly reminds you of a Parisien bistro/brasserie!... More
