The brunch here is amazing. First off, I'm usually a sauce person - I like to douse my food in any kind of sauce. However, NONE of the items we ordered needed any sauce on it's own - perfect way to know that the food is done right. What we ordered: - Fried chicken & waffles ($26) - BEST thing... More

My go to dish, the chicken and waffles. Oh, did I undersell that? Okay, try this. The 18 hour brined then baked chicken with a chasseur sauce served with a light and fluffy sourdough (slightly sour) waffle with bacon and chives in it topped with vanilla bean butter. Mouthwatering, savory and sweet. The chicken is so moist, no knife needed.... More

start your morning off with their coffee or OJ - but the sticky buns were worth getting out of bed with a hangover for. Quick service and reasonable prices for a hotel.

My sister and I stumbled onto this place while walking the strip as there is a branch of it outside the Venetian hotel (apparently there is one inside too). The macaroons caught my eye so we went in and SO glad we did! We both bought multiple items (various macaroons....raspberry was both our favorites...carrot cake cookie, TKO which was like... More

Ordered the waffle, it was so good I finished it and ordered another. Great bet for breakfast. Will definitely go back.

My party of 13 really enjoyed the brunch at the Bouchon. The menu included lobster hash, bread pudding french toast (which loved yummy), and quiche of the day. I ordered some beignets with chocolate sauce and jam on the side to share...wonderful. The french bread is great. Everyone in my group loved their food.

Awesome food, ask for Gary best server from east coast. Fish was awesome. Trout was the best. Will continue to come back and highly recommended.

What a beautiful restaurant! It is a little hard to find but once you get there it's just gorgeous inside. I was a little reluctant to spend $22 per person for Breakfast Américaine but that includes so much food: eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, jam, pastry plus juice & unlimited, fantastic coffee. It's cheaper than room service! Hands down the best... More

I wanted to go to Bouchon in December but it was closed, so I was pleased to be able to try it this time. They don’t take reservations for brunch and there was a 20 minute wait for a table, but there was a high table at the bar that I could take immediately, so I did. I ordered the... More

To preface this, My wife and I live in downtown Chicago and go out for nice/expensive dinners often. And when we do so, we expect it to be special. Food, service, ambiance. We are not novices at going to nice restaurants, and we have expectations when spending $200+ for a dinner. So the two experiences: First, my wife and I... More
