Description: Bouchon is located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. Renowned designer Adam D. Tihany has masterfully created a beautiful interior that features a magnificent French pewter bar, a vibrant mosaic floor, deep blue velvet banquettes, antique light fixtures and an expansive hand-painted mural by noted French artist Paulin Paris. The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon’s culinary delights. Chef Cerciello rediscovers the classics, using historical reference points and classic French techniques, combined with a modern approach. The menu offers classic bistro dishes including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, brandade, boudin noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. The selection of fruits de mer is celebrated as one of the finest in Las Vegas. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year and is enhanced by a blackboard menu featuring the best products available each day. Flawlessly executed in every aspect, Bouchon delights both the palate and the eye.

Bouchon is situated at the pool level of the Venetian hotel & is accessed via the main lifts, I was making a visit to see the wedding planner as I return to Vegas in October to 'tie the knot' & spotted the restaurant & thought it might be a nice place to stop for lunch. The decor is straight out... More

I ordered a breakfast of poached eggs and bacon. Pretty hard to stuff up, but they did! the eggs were ok, but the bacon was way overcooked, and the bread was awful. my breakfast also allowed me a choice of pastry. I chose a Scone. it was more like a rock cake and nothing like us Aussies or English are... More

We have always liked this bistro style restaurant by one of the premier chefs in the world, Thomas Keller. It is definitely a modern brasserie, well decorated, busy but only slightly noisy. The wait staff is very well trained, knowledgable and provide execellent service. The food is a modern twist on French brasserie food-simple, but the freshest ingredients, and extremely... More

It's a little pricey but worth it. Try the different kinds of cheese, the trout and don't forget the dessert and french margarita:) More

And it is a nicely done one. YOu can even eat really well with very reasonnably priced items, such as gnoccis, croque-monsieur or the very french asperges sauce paloise of the goat cheese salad. For sure, you can go for the super fresh sea food, excellent, but much more pricey. More

Thomas Keller's Bouchon in Vegas is an outstanding meal. My Country Pâté was the best I've had. My wife loved her Cod Bingettes. Entrees of trout and steak we delicious. Steak cooked to perfection. Dessert was lemon tart and was great. More

Its a convoluted story but put simply we ended up eating our wedding dinner at Bouchon in late April due to help offered by a friend of a friend. We wanted somewhere away froma casino floor but with more space and a bit less fussy than was offered by the originally planned Le Cirque at Bellagio. Extremely helpful and attentive... More

I came to this restaurant with my cousins knowing that the food should be worth the hundreds of dollars we paid for. That was met - the service, however, I found slightly disappointing. While it was fine for the most part, there were instances where the waiter would just get our food without even asking if we were done with... More

Personally Bouchon is one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. Range of options on the menu without being cluttered. Perfect for an early morning breakfast! More

My wife and I were excited to try this restaurant in our recent trip to Vegas. We made reservations from our hotel. When we got there, we still had to wait a little but that was fine. Our server/waiter took forever to come to our table to take orders. He finally did, he took our drinks first which took forever... More
