My family took me here for my 50th birthday for dinner just before seeing Jersey Boys in the same hotel (Paris Las Vegas). It was an awesome experience. The service was beyond excellent, and the food sublime. I had the tableside Bouillabaisse, which was full of fresh seafood in a delicious broth. My family had various pasta dishes, all outstanding,... More

We had no reservations but were seated immediately. The menu was priced right - not too expensive. They served complementary fresh bread with oil and vinegar. Our drink order was taken and then served very promptly. The garlic bread was delicious - but we probably would not have ordered it if we had known the free bread was coming! My... More

I visited this restaurant with my husband for dinner one evening. I had the salmon steak and he had a fliet. Our server was dressed to the nines and delivered superb attentive service including a serenade over our meal. The ambience was lovely in spite of it being off a casino walkway. Dessert was divine. Priced at what I would... More

On a recent visit to Las Vegas we ate at La Provençal. We opted for the price fixed dinner and never regretted it. The Caesar salad was the best ever and the fillet was perfectly done and very tender. Loved theCreme Brûlée also. Service was excellent. our server Bryce was attentive and the manager stopped by the table several times... More

I have eaten at many of the restaurants that Las Vegas has to offer, but this was my first and last trip to Le Provencal. The food was okay, but certainly nothing I would go back for with all the other choices you have. Much too noisy to have any kind of business dinner, and the server we had tried... More

We were a bit apprehensive to dine in an Italian restaurant at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. However, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our dishes. She had a nice ravioli dish prepared with a delicious sauce. I opted for pasta with a putenesca sauce which was also very tasty. We shared a desert... More

Starter and dessert very good and big enough to share. Had steak frites, steak was a bit dissapointing as gristly and not cooked to medium rare at one end. Only offered outside table even though many inside tables available.

The food was decent...nothing memorable. Service was super slow and typical Vegas. Would not recommend.

After checking out the menu and location I thought this would be a good mid-range priced for dinner for us one night last week in Vegas. I did make a reservation but it wouldn't have been needed on a Thursday night and we are Diamond players so we could have just walked in. Took a long time to get water... More

My husband and I traveled to Las Vegas and stayed at the Paris Hotel. We chose La Provencal for our 10th Anniversary dinner. My husband had the rib eye and I had the filet mignon. We made reservations on line before we left for our trip. It was not necessary as the price keeps the restaurant available. However, I am... More
