I have been to Rubio's several times, I would have to say the food is decent and priced reasonably. The one I have visited on Lake Mead Blvd. in Las Vegas is clean, there may be better Mexican restaurants but if you would like a nice light lunch or supper, Rubio's is a good option..

When I want mexican, I usually choose Rubio's. Everything is made to order. The portions are large. Everyone is friendly at the Green Valley location. Perfect lunch.

Hubby and I were working in area this trip and tired of the standard choices for a quick meal. then we tried Rubio's Wow Can I buy stock in this place??? I have been going to the Rubio's at this location (Lake Meade) and also the one on West Sahara in Las Vegas for a while now.
