What a great little find. Authentic Japanese food with geat service. Having lived in Japan, I find this place a treat.

Every time I go to Vegas, I make a trip to Ichiban. I am not a sushi person but love the tempura. They have a lunch special with soup, chicken, rice, salad, and vegetable tempura. I think one shrimp. It is reasonably priced and tasty.

I have been here a couple of times during my annual trip to Las Vegas. They have recently moved to a terrible conference room location (I hope this isn't permanent), and have about 10-12 tables. The food is still amazing and the service is great. I don't eat sushi frequently, but this place does it the best (fresh, filling and... More

I have visited this restaurant many times over the past few years, and it never fails to disappoint. For some reason, the restaurant has moved from its original location to much smaller premesis. The service and food is excellent. I have always visited with Japanese colleagues, so they know exacty waht to order! Every time I visit Las Vegas, this... More

I was there 15min early and should have waited for the lunch special, but instead I tried the Japanese breakfast which as like a dollar more and I didn't really like it, except the salmon filet which was cooked perfectly and the miso soup which was the best I have tasted, the rest was kind weird like the slimy beans... Let me start by saying that it is hidden away in its temporary location. Go in Bally's casino. Go all the way to the back of the building and down the escalator to the food court. It is down the hall to the right of the food court past the sports book. Don't be fooled by the small room. The... More

In a temporary location near the Bally's Monorail station it was worth finding. I had the tiger roll and green tea. Very fresh, beautiful, and very tasty. It was not crowded on for a weekend lunch.

The sushi was amazing, tried four different types and they were all good. Their current location isn't great, long wait the only negative.

The restaurant is in a temporary location near the monorail station at Bally's. Yes, the signs are mostly in Japanese but there's a huge ICHIBAN on each one. My husband and I were there around 9PM one night this past week and fortunately there was 1 table left. It's a tiny spot that the restaurant is crammed into. My husband... More

This was the best meal I have ever had anywhere- this includes a $400 meal at a steak house in Vegas the day before- and it cost me just $50 for both me and my wife. I ordered the Sushi Platter. This included sea urchin, salmon eggs, tuna, etc and it was fantastic. Staff was excellent- helped me choose the... More
