We ate at Hyakumi February 2014 and it has been great! The meat, scallops, shrimp, and chicken is cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was very nice and we can not say enough good things about the service.

Nice sushi restaurant tucked away across from Cleopatras Barge. Nice selection and seafood is very fresh with an excellent variety.

The very best dining experience in sushi. Food was super fresh and superbly prepared. Everything from sashimi to steak. Delicious. The calamari is a must try. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? No question.

Not to stuffy, not to casual.....just right. Comfortable, nice atmosphere, food was good, service good. We'd go back.

a friend took us here, I can say one of the most unimpressive sushi joints I have eaten in my life, and very pricey. Easily skip this place.

The sushi was divine - I ordered the eel, octopus, yellowtail and salmon strips - and the Japanese green tea was fantastic and came in a huge pot for one. The only downside was that the restaurant was exceptionally busy when I visited due to a special exhibit in Caesar'a Palace hotel and so I felt a little rushed by... More

I ordered the Black Cod, which cost 18$. They brought the tiny slice of Cod, which back side was burned so badly and I could see the black color from the top. I understood that I cannot eat it. I started to talk with waitress first, but he said they always cook this way. Then I talked with manager who... More

I have never had a beef soooo tender. The server informed us it was the same meal that would have been the $400 beef dinner! wow! my mouth is watering now just thinking about it. I will go back again ~ This meal, very satisfying was only about $35 on the menu! yum

Every trip to Las Vegas needs a good sushi lunch or dinner at Hyakumi in Caesers Palace. When calling for a reservation be clear whether you want to sit at the sushi bar out front, or at the back (behind the curtain!) in the back. The sushi, sashimi and teppanaki is excellent. Sitting at the sushi bar tables is fun,... More

Went for lunch (note this is no longer open in the evening as a Nobu has just open up right across the corridor). Service was fast. Fish was excellent quality. It is expensive though $130 incl tip for a medium lunch for 2.
