No dress code to speak of. No intimacy in restaurant. All tables no booths. You practically sit on the person at the table next to you. No extra celebration for birthdays or anniversaries . Food not that great for the price we paid!

Got a great deal from Tix 4 Tonight - 1/2 off entrees (less a couple items). Would have gladly paid the full fare but the deal made the meal even better. Perfectly cooked steak and the gratin potatoes were outstanding. Didn't even have room for dessert!

The meal for 4 of us was pretty expensive, but the quality of the food, and service were well worth it

The new steak house is more modern, the old one had class and was mush quiter. Food was good but I'm a creature of habit!

I discovered this place last year when I was staying at Bally's Casino, got to admit I was surprised by how good the food was then, even more surprised this year as they had managed to improve everything from the food to the décor, to the staff, cannot wait to see what they improve next year.

The food is good and their is a good choice on the menu. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The overall experience was good but they seated us too near the entrance. (I suppose that like most Brits we don't want to make a fuss so we accepted it) The restaurant was quite loud though. We would probably visit again... More

Unpretentious, hidden gem of a steakhouse at Bally's. The Wagyu center cut ribeye came out charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. Amazing flavor. The lemon chicken was incredible. Never had such flavor in a chicken. The sides of beet salad and truffle mashed potatoes were spot on. And the popup guryere bread they bring first is a... More

Have been going to the Sterling Brunch for years. The new brunch is terrible. Not nearly the selection any more. This used to be the premier brunch in Vegas. No longer. You don't even offer a salad bar, something that is always at a buffet. Had to ask for a salad and was brought a mixed green salad as was... More

This restaurant has now been renamed BLT from Bally's Steakhouse and I was initially put off by the title as I thought it was going to be a common burger bar. My fears were disproved when I went in and looked at the menu. The choices were excellent and the staff were very obliging to my needs. I ate there... More

Unfortunately this steakhouse has been replaced. It was one of the last hold-outs from the old days. Lots of wood, brass, and waiters who cut their teeth in the service industry at Ballys, and stayed. You will be missed by many. A sign of the times??
