The food is good and their is a good choice on the menu. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The overall experience was good but they seated us too near the entrance. (I suppose that like most Brits we don't want to make a fuss so we accepted it) The restaurant was quite loud though. We would probably visit again... More

Unpretentious, hidden gem of a steakhouse at Bally's. The Wagyu center cut ribeye came out charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. Amazing flavor. The lemon chicken was incredible. Never had such flavor in a chicken. The sides of beet salad and truffle mashed potatoes were spot on. And the popup guryere bread they bring first is a... More

Have been going to the Sterling Brunch for years. The new brunch is terrible. Not nearly the selection any more. This used to be the premier brunch in Vegas. No longer. You don't even offer a salad bar, something that is always at a buffet. Had to ask for a salad and was brought a mixed green salad as was... More

This restaurant has now been renamed BLT from Bally's Steakhouse and I was initially put off by the title as I thought it was going to be a common burger bar. My fears were disproved when I went in and looked at the menu. The choices were excellent and the staff were very obliging to my needs. I ate there... More

Unfortunately this steakhouse has been replaced. It was one of the last hold-outs from the old days. Lots of wood, brass, and waiters who cut their teeth in the service industry at Ballys, and stayed. You will be missed by many. A sign of the times??

With all the steak houses in Las Vegas, this was certainly nowhere near the best, but not the worst either. The atmosphere was strictly old Vegas and it was very cold. If you want a trip down memory lane, give it a try. Otherwise, eat elsewhere.

I understand that the Caesars group has decided to close this landmark restaurant in Bally's. So sorry to hear it, we spent New Years eve there 2013 and Christmas eve 2012. Couldn;t find a nicer bunch of waiters and staff. Quiet, old world flair, very good food, fair pricing for Vegas. The fixed menu was not our preference for New... More

I don't want to make this praise too long since Bally's Steakhouse is closing next month and will be turned into a BLT Steakhouse. I am sad to see this historic place change, however, I was extremely glad to have sat in Don Rickles Booth, and Cary Grant prior to that. If you get a chance to go there soon... More

Steaks, seafood, deserts, salads. Everything is to die for. This was one of the best places I've ever eaten. Great service by Garret who had worked at Ballys for over 30 years. You can't beat this steakhouse.

Ate dinner here our fist night. We loved the old feel of the restaurant and our server was the best. The food was delicious and exactly the kind of evening we had wanted. We will definitely eat here again!
