The french onion soup is a masterpiece with truffles and a cheesy puff pastry topping. Last night I had the salmon with a blood orange sauce, very good but did not like the pasta that was served underneath. My husband had the New York strip steak with truffle fries. Both were very good for him.

The food at Aureole was okay, however, we've had better for the price. The highlight is probably the novelty of the wine angels - even that was just okay. There are better choices for the price in LV.

My experience of Aureole was attending a private function that had reserved the entire restaurant. A set menu of salmon and beef tenderloin, pear salad, and desert was provided. Service excellent. Food top notch. Atmosphere classy, sophisticated, good place for a conversation. Large selection of wines.

We celebrated our fourth anniversary at Aureole and enjoyed it immensely! Excellent service! Our waiter brought us a special dessert to celebrate our anniversary as well. We loved it!
