Server asked if we wanted sparkling water or still. My husband & I both thought still water is tap. When we got the bill, we were charged $16 for the water. We both had the preselected meal. The appetizer of Calamari, Zucchini, & Shrimp wasn't bad. My main entree was a clam linguine with white sauce. Even after asking for... More

We purchased a package through Madame Toussands which included lunch at Zeffirino's. We were so impressed with the food and the staff. We had awesome service and the food was so yummy. The atmosphere at this restaurant is just amazing and if you have the opportunity to dine here may we recommend it - you will not be sorry! My... More

Be sure to hit up this restaurant! Genuine Italian Food! There are other Italian Restaurants but they're disgusting compared to this one. It is located in the Venetian on the second floor looking over the indoor gondola ride. One thing to keep in mind: It is very expensive.

The location for the restaurant is excellent and the main dining room is upstairs. You can see the gondola and grand canal. The food here is okay but not over the top. The pasta had extra garlic in it.

Nice decor, good food, service could use improvement. Impossible to get anyone's attention if you need your wine glass to be refilled. Server blamed it on the computer instead of admitting that he simply forgot. Otherwise it is pretty good.

Went here with another couple to celebrate our 10th and 20th anniversaries. Made reservations using open table with a note regarding this occasion and requesting a table overlooking the canal. We were seated at a nice table with a view as requested. The service was great. The waiter was very accommodating with the dinner requests to made changes to the... More

Although we stayed at the Palazzo hotel, we always go to their sister hotel, the Venetian so walk the shops and restaurants along the canal. We like this area better than the Forum Shops below Caesars Palace. These "canals" have gondola rides with singing gondoliers. This upscale restaurant offers fine Italian food and a very traditional and elegant décor inside.... More

My family dined at Zeffirino during a recent trip to Las Vegas. The dining room is located upstairs, overlooking the "waterway" with the gondolas, so the tables offer pleasant views. The food is pricey, but good. I had the seafood pasta, and the shrimp and scallops were very fresh.
