My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally decided to go I'm glad we did there yes it is a bit pricy at 95 dollars but its totally worth it the filet mignon and crab were wonderful the shrimp was huge and amazing. I loved the caviar and they had several salads which... More

Hands down the best buffet I've ever had. This is the second time we've eaten here and its been wonderful both times. Well worth it if you can get a table.

This buffet is expensive but I think if you appreciate a good variety of food and good quality of food it is worth its high price.

I enjoyed the sterling before it was closed. It was great I paid the $85 per person using Total Reward points. Because I was a Diamond member, I did have to wait. I had to make reservation. The lobster was the main attraction, but they were overcooked and tough. Lobster Bisque - no lobster just bisque. Caviar- pretty good. Crab... More

The price will make you think twice but the choices you get is unbelievable. Class A service with a full selection of seafood, beef and other meats. All prime cuts and selections, your champagne glass will never get empty. Overall one of the best high end buffets I've visited in Las Vegas.

The Sterling Buffet is not your normal pile high food that sits and stews on the buffet bar. They prepare and dress limited quantities of excellent seafood, meats and poultry, topping up frequently so what you get is a serving prepared with care and not in bulk. We ate really well over four hours. The Perrier Jouet flowed freely and... More

Upon planning my husband's birthday trip my girlfriend had heard that Bally's had a really good brunch so she made reservations for us while in Vegas celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. It was the best brunch that I have ever eaten in my life. First, let me start off by saying the food was absolutely outstanding. It was everything you... More

Wow...my husband and I left feeling guilty for spending $234 for brunch and then guilty for eating so much. But we both agreed it was worth doing at least once in your life time. They just renovated and it was quite dark for brunch but it was classy atmosphere. Lobster tails, king crab and smoked salmon with caviar was best.... More

This is a Sunday champagne brunch that has a price that is a bit of a shock at $90 per ($85 with a TR card), but when you consider the unlimited Perrier Jouet champagne, lobster, rack of lamb, filet mignon, the signature lobster, cognac and boursin cheese omelette, the prime rib...o.k. you get the idea. This is a very high... More
