I was looking forward to going to the Sterling Brunch the popovers were good but the Lobster Tails were dry and thou they cooked my oysters but not like I asked with garlic butter or butter and parmsean cheese and neither time did they. The Caviar was not as good as they last time I came a couple of years... More

Every time we visit Las Vegas we make sure to book this Sunday event. The last time we were here the brunch was an elaborate culinary display worthy of a photo shoot for Bon Appetite Magazine. This time it was more pedestrian with just a buffet line and your waiter delivering speciality items from the kitchen. Our hostess alluded that... More

Lobster, Caviar, Stone Crabs, Sushi, great Omelets, free flowing Champagne, attentive service. What else could you ask for in a Sunday Brunch? This place knocks the ball out of the park. You will love it.

Visited for a birthday treat and was left feeling short changed by the service. Took our seats and eventually had to ask who our server would be after about 10-15 minutes. Had to ask three times for shellfish crackers. Food was good and plentiful, but for $90 each I didn't expect to have to ask for anything. It's a pity... More

The Bally's Sterling Brunch Buffet was by far the best buffet at which I've ever eaten. The lobster tails were large and perfectly cooked (one of my pet peeves is rubbery, overcooked lobster). Cavier and popovers were delicious too. Our servers were friendly, attentive, but unobtrusive. Our whole party was quite impressed... we've all been to other great buffets, but... More

I was researching where I can have some non-stop black caviar with champagne on our only Sunday in LV and Bally's Sterling Brunch promised to be the right place, however the caviar they serve is some domestic product call Amia caviar (Bowfin Caviar ) which is far from even resemble the real one except for the color. Serge - our... More

Had high expectations of this due to reviews but exceeded all. Bottom-less, good quality French champagne and chef-served fresh food. Attentive service stayed for 2 hours grazing!

We were very excited about visiting Bally's Sterling brunch and we expected quite a lot for the $85. Our expectations were exceeded and we had a very relaxed brunch with exceptional service. The Sterling brunch offers an opportunity to try many fine delicacy's, whilst drinking a superior champagne - we must have drunk a bottle each! The presentation of the... More
