This is the very best Sunday Brunch in Vegas. Have been to Bacchanal at Caesar which is good but this tops it. When they say all you can eat Lobster and King Crab they mean it. They keep the trays full so it's always fresh. The Lobster is absolutely delicious, about 6-7 ounces each. They also... read more

We finally got to book Bally's Sterling Brunch on our last trip. It lives up to the hype. Our waiter was fantastic! He was funny, attentive and never let our glasses of Perrier Jouet champagne get below half. Caviar with blinis, lobster, shrimp & crab, filet mignon, banana caramel baked french toast, fresh fruit, dessert selection - it was all... More

We had really been looking forward to this having read so many good reviews. It did not quite live up to expectations although it was still very good. When we arrived, there was a long queue. Although we had reservations, we were left standing for a good 10 minutes with no hostess in sight. She eventually appeared, told us they... More

Worth every cent and more. Great food, not all picked over like the other buffers. Excellent service

We didn't stay at Bally's , however it's a short walk from Paris over to the buffet (the 2 casinos are connected with a convenient concourse). The brunch is only on Sunday's, so make sure you make a reservation. Our server was friendly, courteous, constantly around to serve us with whatever we needed (esp. taking away our used plates and... I throughly enjoyed the Sterling Bunch; although it took quite some time to find it. Random staff members kept trying to send up the the Paris buffet. It is expensive but the food is top notch. Dessert was insane!

Forget the casino, this is hands down the best deal in Vegas! We had the pleasure of having Tony as our server for Easter brunch. He was quick with the champagne refills and super attentive. The food is amazing...from the filet mignon, lobster tails, fancy shrimp, lamb chops, lobster mashed potatoes. We were stuffed after the first plate! Best Easter... More

Yet again another wonderful sterling brunch, only on sundays, do reserve, champagne flows freely, lobster amazing, lobster mashed potatoes, mmm:), tenderloin beef, wow!, yes I managed 3 of each!...desserts are unbelievably tasty, the chocolate covered strawberries, lost count of how many I ate and yes I took a couple to go, I was as always a bit tipsy when I... We had Sunday brunch with a large group of friends. They were able to seat us all at a large booth/table. The wait staff was super attentive and very friendly. The food selection was not overly large, but still many options. Sushi was very good. The filet mignon in mini skillets were fabulous. The crab legs were large and very... More

We loved our server Ward Duff and the Champagne. Found the lobster a bit overcooked and flavourless but had a brilliant afternoon thanks to our server.
