We arrived in Vegas late Saturday night. I had done a lot of research on places to eat, prior to this vacation. The Sunday brunches in Vegas, are nothing like where I come from. After reading about thees brunches, I knew I had to go to one since we'd only be there for one Sunday. For $85/person (I think), don't... More

We have been coming here since the early 90's or when the cost was about $55. We go twice a year. For the past 10 years we have noticed a steady decline in the quality while the price has increased to $90!! We will not be back....... The Champagne quality has decreased. While the bossy asian suchi "nazi" remains the... More

For $90 per person, there is all-you-can eat deliciousness and all-you-can drink bloody Mary's and mimosas. Best deal hands down. Great service, fabulous food. Make reservations far in advance, as this dining option is only available on Sundays. They book their last reservations of the day at around 1pm, I believe, and start closing the buffet at 2pm. My suggestion,... More

This brunch is amazing! It was my first time there. It was so good. They have amazing desserts. All you can seat grilled lobster tails. All the foods were so fresh - they look food, taste good. I am not a seafood person so I ate less than a lobster tail but other foods they have, so good. Belgium waffles... More

We have been going to the sterling buffet for the last 5 years, we call to make sure it would be opened for easter sunday brunch, and we were told sure!, book the flight so we could arrive 2 am the morning of, paid for a room for that night even though we arrive so early in the morning, then... I have eaten a fair share of Sunday champange brunches and this is one of the best! The cost was $90 pp. That included unlimited Perrier Jouet champange! What a wonderful treat! The waiter kept the glass full throughout our 2 1/2 hour brunch! We went on the last Sunday that they had the brunch as they are closing a... More

Delicious food! A plethora of seafood, a carving station, various salads, and fantastic desserts. I would eat Sunday brunch here again. Our waiter was a little less than stellar--had to ask him for coffee, pastries, champagne, and water repeatedly. Although, it seems other tables had much better wait staff.

If you can afford Vegas then make sure you afford this place. It is expensive but just 'go for it' You will be glad you did. We booked through opentable before our trip which I'm so pleased we did. This is the best food Ive ever tasted. Awesome is a much overused word these days but this place deserves to... More

We can never seem to drag ourselves away to try another Sunday brunch. This brunch is just absolutely incredible. Hopefully with the changeover to the new steakhouse Bally's will have the decency to keep the Sterling Brunch in place and continue it at its present peak of perfection.
