What can I say, All you can eat Lobster!!

The Sterling Brunch in my opinion the best buffet in Las Vegas. The choice of dishes is what I enjoyed the most. From Lobster to Prime Rib and Crab&sushi to the fine desserts. The food quality and choices were well worth the price.

I never miss this brunch when I am in Vegas! It is a Champagne Brunch that offers the best food in Vegas! No where else can you get (non headache) Champagne, Caviar, Lobster, Sushi and Filet just to name a few. This is not a big Buffett just a awesome small brunch that has Awesome food, Great service and the... More

The Sterling Brunch is a special occasion kind of place. We were seated early and staid nearly 2 hours. The champagne glasses were regularly refilled. The ambience was good for a Las Vegas buffet. Indeed, this is probably the BEST buffet in Las Vegas, bar none. At the price it should be. In addition to the champagne, we particularly enjoyed... More

Not somewhere to go more than once or twice a year, but as a special treat it's worth the money. If you like champagne, you'll get your money's worth from that alone. IT. NEVER. ENDS. Sushi wasn't great, but I have very high standards there. The rest of the food was delicious.

Visited here during our anniversary stay in Vegas and in my opinion this is THE best buffet on the strip. Yes it is pricey, $90, but there is endless Champagne, crab claws and legs, Fillet Mignon, Lamb and Beef Rib. The oysters and caviar are good, but the meat is excellent. The service was first rate. If you want a... More

We used to go to this buffet every trip, until it was closed. It definitely pales in comparison to the glory days that this buffet used to be, therefore I will attempt to just review it on its current model. I visited July 2014 and again 5/31/15. The oysters and 2 types of crab were very good. If you live... More

Although $90 a head plus tax and gratuity, the sheer fact the unlimited champagne is actually Perrier Jouet and our table of 10 must have drunk 20 bottles, the value is superb. The service was superb and we never had to ask for a refill once. On top of this the quality of food is amazing. Lobster, king prawn, king... More

Attended 2 years ago & were unable to attend last year as they were closed for remodeling. At $90 per person + tax & gratuity it is only worth it for crab or lobster. Definitely not the same service nor as intimate as before. Smaller portions nice, but missing utensils in buffet line. It opens @ 9:30 & our reservation... More

Just about everything you could want and as much as you want. Champagne flows and waistlines expand. Fresh seafood, tender meats, lots of desserts. Lobster tails are big. Crab claws and legs are too. Eggs Benny if you ask. Go early and then take a nice nap before your evening on the strip.

This is the very best Sunday Brunch in Vegas. Have been to Bacchanal at Caesar which is good but this tops it. When they say all you can eat Lobster and King Crab they mean it. They keep the trays full so it's always fresh. The Lobster is absolutely delicious, about 6-7 ounces each. They also have Stone Crab claws... More
