The only service we received was keeping the champagne glass topped up. I would of ordered Mimosa had it been offered. As we finished our meal the table next to us received a made to order eggs benedict. I would have loved one as well -if I had known How many other items could we have tried if our waiter... More

We first ate at the Sterling Brunch 10 years ago. We have made it a point to have brunch each trip since then:) It is an amazing value for what you get. Be sure to order the off-buffet items. They were some of the highlights. I focused on the high quality sushi and sea food while my husband really enjoys... More

Third trip to the Sterling Brunch in 13 years. If I lived in town, I'd eat there once a month. First: Xavier's service, excellent. Professional, steady, informative, and kept the Perrier-Jouet glass full. Pluses: As an Alaskan, I thought the seafood would be my focus. Truthfully the filet mignon in cast iron skillets w/Bordeaux Butter: outstanding. I also thought I... More

We booked this brunch as a special treat for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. On arriving in Vegas we seen a number of other buffets offering a Champagne brunch at a cheaper price and considered changing our minds, but so glad we didn't. To start we had filet mignon eggs benedict - ordered from our server. Followed by lobster and oysters,... More

the variety, selection and quality were disappointing. the crab legs were on the side of snow and not king. the claws were small and not worth the effort. the lobster tails were over cooked. the american caviar couldn't catch the minimum standards. the dessert bar was "pathetic" according to one of our dessert connoisseurs. on the positive side the bass... French champagne to start, next black caviar and oysters. Repeat. Of course there was the usual lobster, sashimi and lamb racks. Try to be there by 12 noon. If you don't see black caviar (american sturgeon) just ask. Unlimited and great :) The brunch cost is $85 per person so it's about $110 per person with tax and tips. But... More

The stars are for the food. All you can eat lobster tails, caviar and unlimited champagne. Their popovers are to die for. The brunch doesn't have much food options like other but each of the dishes taste great and in good quality. The only thing I didn't like was the service. I only see my server twice when I dined... Just went to Vegas this past January and I hadn't eaten here since they remodeled. It was THE best meal all week! Let's just say it was memorable back in 2013 when I last went, but the food was just as amazing! The only thing I miss was the intimacy that the old design had; many more tables now to... More

Yes, it's around $90 per plate (some discounts can be had), but where else do you get unlimited champagne, lobster tails, and filet mignon? Small but good selection of very high-end foods. Service was outstanding. Don't plan on walking much after you leave this food-fest.
