This is one classy brunch!! From unlimited Perrier-Jouet champagne to unlimited caviar, you can't beat this brunch for top of the line. The seafood seems endless, the steak is excellent and the bacon is sublime. If you like tuna tartare, it's a must order here--the flavor and presentation are unmatched. The Asiago popovers are a big hit! The desserts are... More

If you love lobster. Then this is for you. It's pricey but wow. I ate 3 large lobsters. It was well worth the cost.

Had the brunch at Ballys. Suitable for both myself(egg and bacon) and wife who does not care for same. Fruit was fresh and we hit the brunch at a good time as it was very busy 20 minutes later. One negative. Was closed down for last two days.

What a spread! The service is very good and the various foods are so fresh and cooked to perfection. Caviar, lobster, filets, all the things you could ask for! The location in Bally's is easy to find and we were made to feel welcome the moment we entered.

We started our anniversary with this brunch. Very elegant in a relaxed way. It's not how much you can choose from but what you can choose from. Sushi, lobster tails, prime rib, oysters, and of course omelets of your choice. Fresh fruit and nice selection of desserts. Champagne was excellent and endless. This is how you buffet.

Expensive but seems there is something for every one. Depending on your selection and tastes, most food quite good.

It really is a deal at $90 ($85 with player card). The food is phenomenal- tenderloin steak perfectly medium rare; broiled lobster tails, caviar, etc. The server (wearing a tuxedo) actually serves, unlike other buffets where they are little more than bussers. Upon arrival, he brought two huge puff pastries with butter, and filled our champagne glasses (included). There are... More

I had the Sterling Brunch at Bally’s during a recent stay in Las Vegas. This is not an inexpensive offering at $90 (there is a $5 discount for Total Rewards members). However, I would say even at that price it is worth it enjoy this brunch once. There is a wide selection of delicacies: lobster, sushi, steaks, crab legs, shrimp,... More

Part of the charm visiting LV was seeing the hints of the old world charm. The Sterling Brunch was the standard of an era that had a firm foundation @ Bally's. With it's lobster dishes, crab, wonderful desserts, caviar, unlimited champagne and lofty price tag. With the old style dinning room, wait staff dressed so classically. The SB self filtered....
