Incredible

This was an amazing brunch. All the lobster, king crab and steak or prime rib you can eat. The slab bacon sliced to order was amazing. Our waiter Anthony and his staff were super attentive. Had to tell him to stop pouring the wonderful champagne. Worth the splurge!

Bottomless PJ Champagne and all you can eat 5 star buffet. The food is to die for. A bit pricey ~$90/ per person but well worth the cost!

Over priced! It used to be great. They have cut back on many items that helped make it the best brunch in town. Don't waste your time.

Although this is a very expensive brunch the variety and quality of the food and champagne is excellent and since they do not rush you one can justify the expense. This is a once in your life time kind of experience.

Some complain about the $85 price tag reward cardholders pay. I can't understand why they can't see what an outstanding value it is. After a movie recently, I went to a steakhouse and paid $40 for an 8 ounce filet. It was $25 to add a lobster tail, $5 to add broccoli and $3 for the soda. At Bally's Sterling... More

In the days of buffets the size of a small basketball arena that endeavor to impress with excess, I stumbled upon the smallest buffet in Las Vegas with the best buffet food and drink in the whole city. The Sterling Brunch at Bally's is not a step up from the others. It is an elevator to the penthouse up from... More

OK well the location has improved somewhat if you're looking for a more contemporary feel, but the food and quantity is not the same. It feels like not as much is offered and now you have to ask for caviar -I feel that the price should be reduced.Lobster definetely wasn't the same. We struggled to remove it from the shell... More

I have been to the Sterling Brunch at Bally's several times over the years and most recently last Sunday (7/26/15). I have always had a wonderful meal and service for the price, however it's changed somewhat in the last couple of years. The food was not up to par for $90 per person. The lobster was rubbery and barely warm.... More

Just soooooo good. You can order anything and it will be scrumptious. As a group of 5 we ordered 7 different dinners to taste out and check. ALL were delicious. You can't go wrong here.
