Just like the NYC restaurant!

Went on a double date here to see if the quality of the food here was on par with the New York location. The menu was mostly the same and to be a fair judge, I ordered items that I knew were/are on the NY menu. We ordered the lotus chips, yellowtail sashimi, wagyu tacos (it was a special menu... read more

This was a really good dining experience - not cheap of course though. The server was very knowledgeable - we did the "bring us whatever you like for X amount of $". Never done that before, was interesting. Really really loved some of the dishes though. If you like Japanese and Sushi and want to splurge this is a cool... More

Somebody on a budget, u can skip this. U can get awesome food at Mr lucky's. But it was good sushi. The service here is wonderful. If u are staying at the Hard Rock u should give this a try.

This Peruvian-Japanese fusion is quite an experience! Dishes are small but the flavors are quite innovative. It is very expensive, of course, and do not expect man portions. It is more like magical fairy food. Service could perhaps have been warmer- a bit standoffish in my humble opinion.

The NOBU at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas was an out of this world experience!!! My daughter and her friends treated me to the most amazing sushi inspired meal ever!!!! I will never look at sushi in the same manner. We had at least 5 different entrees from sashimi, salmon, eel, etc., with each dish presentation more spectacular than... More

I just wanted to say the price guide for this restaurant needs upgrading big time. Try and eat here for less than the Max $98 indicated. Please keep it real. Be very careful dining here or you can be quickly into multiple hundreds per person. Don't ask me how I know that. But seriously these guys know how to ramp... More

We were in Las Vegas staying at Caesars Palace for a work conference. A group of 16 ate at the Nobu restaurant, the bill came to US$7,000!!!! Yes, that $450 per head! Four people from the group suffered extremely bad food poisoning (myself included). When I approached them to complain I was shown the disclaimer in small print on the... More

I went to the Hard Rock Nobu. Had the server choose all of our dishes after finding out our likes and dislikes and budget. First time I tried sashimi for the first time and now it will be one of my favourite all time dishes. Wil be trying this restaurant in New York location as well.

All I can say is yum. Not a single thing was bad. Things I didn't expect to like I loved. Wanted the sushi and the big reason I went there. What's funny is as good as the sushi was my favorite items were not the sushi items. Highly recommend. Can't go wrong unless you hate good food.
