Excellence!

Nobu offers one of the most luxurious high end sushi/seafood dinner options in Las Vegas! I have explored every year I have gone but Nobu continues to impress. Must try - Waygu beef, yellowtail, tuna and everything else. Service is top shelf as well.

I ate here two of my four nights. The first night I sat at the Sushi Bar alone. The staff was great but I missed that the menu was a trifold and wondered where the rest of the Sushi options were. The staff was so friendly with me. Also, the gentleman next to me ordered the full 150 meal (I... More

Repeat visit to Nobu at Hard Rock. Food is always terrific (we just ask them to bring food until we're full) and waitstaff is terrific. Its pricey for sure (about $2k for ~6 people) but we return every year.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a nice dinner at Nobu. The waiter we had was very nice but no over the top service. We ordered the Edamame, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Beef Topan Yaki, 2 pcs of salmon sashami, 1 pc of tuna sashimi and the house special roll. I was not very impressed with the food. It was... More

When Nobu first opened here in 1995, it was a madhouse to get in. The ahi tuna salad was to die for, their signature sushi rolls were amazing and everything about the place was exciting. Alas, after too much expansion throughout the world, this Nobu is just another sushi place with overpriced food, small portions and and a tired and... More

My friends and I have been to Nobu at least a dozen times, and the food and service are always exceptional. We have learned to just put the menu in the hands of our waiter and let him bring us a steady stream of outstanding dishes where we all have the opportunity to try a few bites. It's expensive, no... My wife visited here on a business dinner with a group. She unfortunately has a shellfish allergy. Nobu's experience is family style, so the group had to order separate because of the allergy issue. She stated that the food was great and recommends the Yellowfin Tuna with Jalapeño, Mixed Field Green Salad, and Tenderloin sautéed in Soy and Spices.

We had a reservation and were seated very promptly. Our server was excellent...charming, attentive, and informative. We ordered the chef's tasting menu. Every dish from start to finish was incredible. I can't wait to go back.

We had ordered a lot of food and it was all delicious!!! My favorite was the steak that come with hot rocks...the reason the rocks are hot is because we have to cook the thinly sliced steak on the rocks, which was perfect Cuz everyone enjoyed the steak cooked different ways, the only problem was that it was very expensive...
