I live in Las Vegas, where great restaurants are a dime a dozen. Makino is my favorite. Although over the years, the sushi choices have lessened, the shrimp tempura is to die for!

Have been here several times over the years. Food quality starting to slip but still fills my need for all you can eat sushi ( lunch mon to thur $14.95, dinner $26.95).
Not as great a variety of sushi and why is a mayo sauce added to almost every type of roll? This location better than outlet location north of...

Me and my husband love sushi so we were looking for a place that only served sushi and we asked around for recommendations and alot of people raved about makino but we were told it was off the strip. We came here every time we visit LV. No disappointment ever. They have variety of sushi, sashimi, salads, soups, etc... Open kitchen and everything prepare in front of your eyes. All the waiting staffs were polite and friendly. The food was fresh.
Btw, they have a chocolate fountain for kids and chocolate lovers.

At $16 per person for lunch, it's much more economical to go for lunch then dinner, especially if you're refueling after a long day at the outlet. The varieties of nigiris available were amazing and fresh. If raw fish is not your cup of tea, they...

On a recent trip to Vegas my wife and I stopped at Makino's and had the Sushi buffet dinner, The variety was excellent , the hot foods as well as the sushi was well worth the value, The only negative was that the Crème Brule was a little runny. Otherwise I know I ate my monies worth .
