Chef Emeril Lagasse gives this New Orleans seafood house his signature 'Bam!' with a menu of market fresh fish, shellfish, steaks and his "New New Orleans" twist on Louisiana's Creole cooking. Paired with a wine list that received Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence," and an imaginative sea-inspired design by New York's Rockwell Group, you'll feel closer to the Ocean than the Vegas Strip.

N'Awleans chow

Emeril sure know how to prepare fish, gumbo and other New Orleans treats. A very good, moderately priced restaurant in the MGM Grand -- worth a visit!

I recently dined at Emeri's before attending a concert at the MGM Grand Arena. Service was wonderful--attentive, but not overbearing. The food was excellent as well. I ordered raw oysters as an appetizer, grilled halibut and collard greens as my entree. A basket of cornbread is given to the table, and that cornbread was so delicious! For myself, including one... Emerils in Las Vegas lives up to its New Orleans reputation. The food is perfectly prepared with tasty food combinations. I'd go back in a Las Vegas minute! Treat yourself to something else besides a buffet. You won't regret it!

We really enjoyed our Chef's Table experience at Emeril's. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch! We had a private room and each course was brought out with the best presentation and attention to detail. Would enjoy going back again!

Tip: purchase discount at a tix booth located all along the strip. For $3/person you get 25% discount on all food (but not bar bill) and they make reservation for you. Dinner for two with a drink each, appetizer each and a main each came in at about $120 with discount

I went here for dinner with a couple of friends and the food was really good. Although the portions seemed a bit on the smaller side, by the time that we were done, everyone was totally satisfied and we all had just the right amount of food. The wait staff were really good and their suggestions were excellent. I especially... More

Loved our meal here. Had the Pistachio crusted Redfish (excellent)and the apps were awesome. Friend had the dish w shrimp scallops and some creole sausage (sounded like it was gonna be served in a bouillabaisse but was dry and kind of stingy portion over rice)

I was in a group of 11 people in town for a conference and we had dinner here. Most of us were very happy with our meal and service. Prices were a bit high, but not horrible for being on the Strip. I am not a big seafood fan, so I got the chicken dish which was very good. I... More

I wanted to like it but with its strip mall type feel inside MGM it doesn't have much energy. Drink seemed generic. BUT the alligator meatballs are all time epic. Either way, overall I say skip it.
