Excellent food, great staff.

I recently ate dinner here and wow! The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive without being overbearing. We had no reservation on an early Friday night and walked right in, they seated our party of three with no problem. I had a traditional caesar salad which was excellent. Also the... read more

I went for a business dinner with a colleague. The main restaurant area is behind a glass wall which does a very good job of keeping out the noises from the MGM. Service was polite and attentive and seemed knowledgable about the fish used in the dishes and the recipes. The menu is really not very Cajun, and is rather... More

This place was amazing. If you are going to go here or any of the big restaurants go to tix4tonight first. Trust me... They will charge you $3 per person which gives you a reservation time of your choice (assuming the restaurant is not sold out) and a discount off the food portion of your bill. For Emeril's the discount... More

I was in town for work this week and had a working lunch here. I have been to Emeril's places in NoLa, but this LV outpost keeps the same quality coming. Étouffée, crab cakes, caesar salad all very tasty, service was solid and ambience is as good as you can expect when it's adjacent to a casino complex.

My husband and I ate here shortly after checking into the MGM Grand Hotel. We were tired and hungry. It took an extremely long time for our waitress to approach our table and it didn't improve throughout our meal. My husband ordered a second beer which he never received. We had to flag down a different server to get any... More

The atmosphere of this place is a little deceiving. The openness of the restaurant to the adjacent hotel walkway almost gives it a coffee-shop look. Definitely not what we were hoping for when we wanted a nicer dinner. But we decided to try it out, and we are VERY glad we did. The great food got us over our initial... More

Went to Emerils' on Monday, Feb, 16, 2015. The wait staff works in teams of three and the attention to detail was exceptional. My husband had the pecan encrusted redfish with pepperjack grits and roasted root vegetables. I ordered the flat head salmon in beurre blanc sause. Both outstanding and the wine pairings were exceptional. If you're in Vegas and... More

Really good food, just what you would expect from Emeril. A few new things to try, like the alligator meat balls - very interesting.

We ate here two times while on business with friends. Outstanding service! The food was good and so were the drinks. The bartenders and wait staff were nice, friendly and good. I had left my cell phone and the hostess noticed that I had talked to someone in the restaurant. They asked him if he knew me and if he... More

My wife and I had dinner at Emeril's. We split the pecan encrusted redfish and octopus starter. The redfish was excellent, but the octopus was way too salty. I guess it was taken up one too many notches. Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, TX
