We started with the BBQ Shrimp. So good! Cooked perfectly. The biscuit was scrumptious too. Also, tried the Alligator Meatballs. Good taste but weird texture but I've never had alligator before... The BBQ Salmon was delicious but the Hickory bacon and smoked fontina Mac and cheese was the best Mac and cheese I've ever eaten. Hands down.

Hey this guy knows how to cook, and he knows how to cook good fish also - wow what a meal it was! My wife had the salmon, and I had the tuna, and it was simply superb! - proper melt in your mouth goodness!~

I went for the crab boil. a lot of work involved in eating it. A bit on the overpriced side. My wife's sea bass was done to perfection. She didn't like the bignents for dessert. My bumble-berry cobbler was good. See so many choices in vegas we probably wont go there again,

My wife asked me why I would go to a New Orleans themed restaurant and not order beignet, I really don't know why I did that, she did and she won the best dessert game. We ate here after walking through MGM to try and pick a restaurant for dinner. We really like Louisiana food and loved our trips to... More

Had a brief lunch at the bar here. The burger was very tasty. Like most restaurants in Vegas casino hotels, a full meal could get pricey but the food was good.

The place is casual and comfortable, not at all formal. The service is impeccable. We were there as a large group of 18 people and they handled us very well. The food is very good. The seafood tower appetizer is excellent with the lettuce wraps of scallop ceviche as particularly tasty. I had the octopus as an appetizer, and it... More

We have dined several times at Emeril 's places including the Del Monico in New Orleans. We were there earlier this year for jazz fest, so I was skeptical to try their location in the MGM Grand. we went for lunch and it turned out to be very authentic, imaginative and tasty. The real treat though was the waiter who... More

Went for dinner with some friends while in Vegas, the food was great and the staff did an excellent job. After the dinner and dessert I could barely move.

We have enjoyed Emeril's in New Orleans but I am happy to say the food and service were better in Vegas.

We try to "invest" in a good restaurant when we visit Las Vegas. This restaurant succeeded in surpassing all of our expectations. It is located in the MGM Grand. The food was excellent. We had one appetizer, Tempura Fried Salmon Roll, that was one of the best sushi tastes ever! The tempura coating was perfect, light and non-oily, and the... More
