I just returned from Las Vegas. Saturday night we had dinner at this restaurant and couldn't have possibly been more impressed. We had the Chef's Tasting menu and it was great. We took our time and had dinner and drinks over a two hour period. Every course was better than the last. The service was first rate. Definitely will go... More

Food was incredible! Service was just so-so. Our drink order took about fifteen minutes to arrive. I had the Hawaiian butterfish with roasted jalapeno sauce. Yum-yum, yum-yum!

Firts time at Emerils !~ order the BBQ shrimp! Outstanding. They went the extra mile to celebrate my friends birthday in style. Food is very well seasoned. HAd the chicken for my main course it was good, but a little salty for my taste. Dessert jad the Pecan short bread LOVE LOVE LOVE!

GEE what a disappointment!!! No one not even the kids where happy!!! Kids burgers came out raw. Food was bland and skimpy. I ordered their version of jambalaya and got tasteless rice..... 2 small shrimp, two clams not more then 1/2 inch long and one piece of fish the size of my little finger. $28!!! Other ordered sides of mashed... More

Located between the signature hotel and the MGM casino, Emeril's offered a quiet place for dinner. Food and drink selection and pricing average for Vegas these days. Serving size for price was decent. Pork chop was very good.

Emerald New Orleans fish house Casual dinning with high Emerald standards. The service here needs to be mentioned first, top notch. The food was great. You can get anything from a sandwich to steak here. I had some of the best Chowder and a fish sandwich. Reasonable prices.

Liked - the atmosphere, the menu had lots of options, the flourless chocolate cake was yummy. Disliked - the prices were a bit high I thought, server forgot about us after a large table came in, sat and waited for after dinner coffee which we were never offered, sat and waited for our bill. That's why you have an average... More

This was quite possibly the best seafood dining we have experienced. We have eaten at several well-known seafood restaurants including Mama's Fish House in Maui and others here in California. In other words, I know good seafood. We ordered the seared scallops and jambalaya entrees. Both were exceptional. I asked to have the cheesy grits substituted for the normal side... More

Great restaurant in the MGM on the strip of Vegas. This restaurant does not disappoint. Many of Emeril's classic dishes, the gumbo was absolutely great and many other seafood dishes. The sides such as sweet potatoes with brown sugar and bourbon was fantastic. Wait staff is excellent, and prices not too bad. As an added bonus the night we went... More

I've been to a few of the different Emeril's restaurant both in Las Vegas and New Orleans and this one was probably my least favorite. The etouffee and jambalaya were fine as was the BBQ shrimp. But I found the complimentary bread to be far too salty (they put sea salt on the bread; actually even after taking the salt... More
