Food did not come as requested. Made a specific point that my wife had an allergy to acidic foods, especially lemon, but the salmon came on a bed of sliced lemon. Was sent back and second attempt was overcooked and took so long to reappear that she ended up eating along.

We had eaten at Emeril's NOLO restaurant in New Orleans where we had one of the best experiences (not just food, but the whole environment and service level) we've ever had in a restaurant, so we were very excited to eat at Emeril's place during a vacation in Las Vegas. While we still would rate NOLO as better in all... More

Decided to eat there walking by at the MGM the night of the Mayweather/Maidana rematch. I had the flatbread which was fresh and light, and for dessert the banana cream pie- AMAZING! The restaurant was very busy but bar seating was fine. Great bartenders and staff.

We were excited to be in Emeril's restaurant! The prices were fair; the service was great and the selection was varied. Our food was delicious and it is one of our favorite places to visit!

Fresh seafood well prepared and well presented. The location makes the restaurant a little loud and the service couild be a little more organised but they deliver a great meal.

We should have known something was amiss when we arrived for lunch and the place was mostly empty save for a few tables of diners and some people at the bar. After being seated, we waited for an extremely long time to order and had to ask for water and bread. After placing our order, we continued to have a... More

We were going to the MGM Grand Hotel and I wanted to get something to eat before the concert we were attending. There are mostly either buffet/hamburger type places or high end restaurants where you can easily spend $200 just on food. I didn't want either of those and my wife loves fish so I looked around and found Emeril's... More

Stopped in here for lunch on our last day in Vegas. Grumpy hostess. Slow service (though the restaurant wasn't busy). Limited, dull menu. No gluten free options. I'd pass next time.

Excellent food and wine. I asked the Sommelier for his best wine under $100 (there are a LOT of wines well over this price point on the list). He was very helpful. After asking some questions regarding our taste, he made a couple of excellent suggestions. I kept talking to him throughout the evening regarding wines and he didn't at... More

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the food, but only because of the salt content. If a chef is good at what he or she does, there is no need to oversalt the food. I had the Chicken, which was cooked to perfection and was juicy, but the coating was so salty, as were the... More
