Crave latin food, look no further. This place has standard latin faire, and the drinks well crafted. If you're a latin food connoisseur, don't expect it to be authentic, but if you need your taco fix stop in and get them.

We loved our dinner but the pitcher of margaritas didn't even give us a buzz (and there were only 2 of us). Eat here and then buy your drinks at the bar.

Service was quick, food was yummy, and the price was right. We had dinner before catching a comedy show at the hotel. It was a very festive atmosphere and setting. The food was reasonably priced, compared to other restaurants we ate at during this trip.

The nachos were yummy and enough portion to split with someone. I thought the pink tortilla chips were fun!

The atmosphere is great, and so is the music. The salsa was chipotle style, good tasting, good spices, but not very hot. My pork green chile verde was rather tasteless, overcooked, had poor texture, and just didn't agree with me. I had to send it back. I like flavors, and I didn't get much green chile flavor from that dish.... More

After a long day of flying, it was late afternoon when we arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel. Mexican food sounded just like what we needed before starting out to explore and the Pink Taco has a Happy Hour. Perfect - we had our much needed Margaritas and shared 2 different choices, both excellent. Service was timely and friendly and... More

Maybe it's just because I'm not a fan of many Mexican food restaurants but.... Carne Asada was tough. My wife and I split the order which they charged us for. I would NOT have minded if they hand just told us. I asked for a bowl of queso which I found out at the time of the bill was $10.... More

The Pink Taco is located in the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor is inviting, although it's a tad dark. We strained to read the menu in the low light, and the guy across from us actually was using his iPhone's flashlight to read the menu. We had the Pink Taco plate, which is a large plate of soft chicken tacos... More
