This was our first time here. The food was pretty good but the service was lacking. If you are expecting a refined staff go somewhere else. I felt like they were disconnected from the customers. They were busy hiding around a conner talking about some game instead of paying attention to the 3 table's that were looking around for the... More

For a place to have a great dinner and a quite romantic atmosphere, this is the place. Definatly on the higher end of dining in Vegas, but very well woth it. They come to your table and make a salad to your liking with so many choices of what to have on your salad. Our dinner was delicious. We were... More

I had never been to Hugo's. We had the most amazing meal ever. The staff were awesome and very helpful. I can't wait to go back next year for our anniversary. My husband had the lamb and I had Hugo's chicken. Best meal ever..

Every year, sometimes twice a year I head to Vegas for fun. A trip would not be complete without having at least one relaxing dinner at Hugo’s Cellar. My tradition starts an hour or so before dinner playing a few slots and sitting down to enjoy the cheap roulette table minimums found downtown. Going to Hugo’s Cellar means that I... More

We had tickets to the Alabama Concert/Show and needed a nice place to have diner before the show. The people at the Palasso Hotel highly suggested, Hugo's Celler and it was just across the street from the concert. We arrived 30 minutes and we taken to our seats without delay. A waiter quickly greated us and provided us with water... More

We had a wonderful dinner at Hugo's when I was visiting family in Las Vegas. #1 each lady ( I guess they assume that we will all act like ladies ) a rose as she is seated .. a nice touch ! . There were 7 of us and we had a early reservation as some of were going to... More

We were steered to Hugo's by a local tour guide and were a bit hesitant as to his motives, but as it turns out, he was definitely telling the truth! Hugo's brings you back to an old-style, classic era - from the rose presented to the women upon arrival, the formal sommelier and the little 'extras' which arrive throughout the... More

Tucked away in the downstairs part of the Four Queens, Hugo's Cellar is a restaurant that is worthy of all of the accolades that it receives. From a quaint dining room that is a throwback to the Las Vegas of yesteryear to a sommelier who is unpretentious and genuinely friendly, Hugo's delivers on all accounts. A salad is included in... I live in the Midwest USA. The city I live. The restaurants there don't serve Beef Wellington. Having watching various food shows. I wanted to try it out.I did my homework to see who has the best rating for this entree. I found out an "old school" place. Hugo is a place where a culinary restaurant should be. You walk... More

you walk downstairs, and it's like you are in another world. They hand all the ladies as you walk in. The Veal Porterhouse is the best. Overall experience was one of the best I've had in Vegas.
