Reservations are a must but the food is worth it! Every lady is given a rose as you enter. The service is fantastic, the food is excellent and desert is great. A little pricey but such a treat!!!

We visited while in Las Vegas celebrating an anniversary. Everything about the place was outstanding. Waiters were attentive and interesting, the free rose, the tableside making of the salad, and the dinners were all wonderful. On the expensive side, but well worth it. You can get a 20% discount with a player's club card if you are a senior. All... More

Service was great. Food was OK but not the quality I was expecting after reading all the hype. I've had better steak at 10 other restaurants in Las Vegas at similar pricing and the scallops were good but not great. A rose for the ladies is cool but mediocre food at that price is not. Next time I will go... More

We did not eat here, however it was always packed. We went here every night while on vacation to see the bartender Dean. He is an outstanding bartender who seem to know everyone. He always started a great conversation and kept you entertained. I will defiantly come and visit him again when I go in January.

It has been several years since we ate at Hugo's Cellar, but it is still first class, especially now in a world of casual dining. First the ladies are presented with a red long stem rose. You will have at least 3-4 waiters serving you. Salads are made to order tableside. Sorbet is served between courses. Of course your meal... More

I asked the barber who cut my hair where to go for dinner and he recommended Hugo's. The four of us went there for dinner and were really pleased. The menu is a little on the pricey side ($50-60 for an entree) but it includes an amazing salad made tableside, fresh warm bread and lavash, bottled water, and a simple... More

We came to Vegas to celebrate a special birthday and wanted something unique to Vegas for dinner. We decided to forego the steakhouses on the Strip for Hugo's Cellar after reading all the great reviews on Tripadvisor, and we were really looking forward to a great experience. Almost all of us had a different type of steak, and none of... More

Six of us ate there the evening of July 3rd. The atmosphere is nice, and the service was good; but the steaks were average at best. They were cooked properly and the presentation was great, but there was no flavor at all - very disappointing. I have no problem paying $55 for a prime grade steak, but this was not... More

In all my years of eating out in restaurants of all types, this one got my full attention upon entering. The people who took care you of made you feel like you were the only ones there, king & queen (rose for my lady) status, and boy did I love that feeling! Presentation, quality & quantity of the food was... More

Made reservations for two couples and were denied entry due to one male wearing a collared, button down, sleeveless shirt. Both women were wearing blouses that exposed bare shoulders. The recommended that he purchase a t-shirt at the gift shop and that would pass muster. We left and dined at Andiamo's at the "D" Casino without a reservation. Great service,... More
