Our meat (filet chef's cut) was just perfect. Metled in your mouth, just like it has to. But, remember that your (well-priced) piece of meat does not come with any sides! Every extra side dish will cost you about 10-15 dollars extra. So with that in mind, it's far from best value for the price!

Loved the black and white décor with video stills of old Vegas. Wine list extensive (and expensive but hey its Vegas!), steaks cooked to perfection, great double baked potatoes. Cheerful but professional waiter--classy with a casual ambiance. Recommended

This restaurant is located at Flamingo. Nice location, great staff. The food is really good but prices are very high. I am not sure if the dinner is worth the price.

Great, friendly and attentive staff. The rolls were delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection and delish!! I also had the twice baked potato and the mashed potatos. Why both? Because this place was so good, we ate there two nights during our 4 night stay! Can't wait to go back!

Not a cheap place to eat out but Wow I can honestly say this was the best steak I have ever had. I took the surf and turf which was 6oz fillet of beef, red wine sauce mash and veg with tiger prawns. And hubby had the rib eye on the bone. We both shared the American cheesecake with fresh... More

This is what you imagine a top of the line 5 star restaurant would be like. The good news is, the prices are very reasonable.

This is a nice steakhouse set in the middle of one of the casino hotels on the Strip. Costs are not that out of line, they use USA beef, raised locally and not stuffed with antibiotics and hormones. The service is efficient and attentive. I dropped them to 4 because our table was by the kitchen and I got tired... More

Not only was the food spectacular, but Toni, our server, was outstanding. My wife and her parents decided to share the 24oz porterhouse. It was done to perfection and the chef cut it into strips to share. They were very accommodating to my wife's gluten allergy. Toni made sure that everything was perfect. Be sure to ask for her by... We stayed at the Flamingo over Thanksgiving and our check-in clerk presented us with a 20% off coupon for Center Cut should we decide to eat there during our stay. Okay, that answers where we would like to eat for Thanksgiving. For a disclaimer I am not a food snob by any means, do not have a well developed pallet... More
