I had dinner here with a couple of friends, based on the reviews I read here on TA. Our experience was consistent with those reviews - excellent, expert service (including the knowledgeable sommelier) and great food and wine. The only complaint came from one of my friends, who felt that there was too much food :) I'd definitely come back... More

We visited the Barrymore after we had read the reviews . It's a throwback to a bygone time from the moment we walked in the service was second to none . I had the NY 14oz steak it has to be one of the best I have ever had , my wife chose the duck which was amazing . We... More

We went here to experience school Vegas and it did not disappoint. The hotel that the Barrymore resides is a little funky and dated but maybe that adds to the charm. The dining experience was fantastic and our waiter Luis was spot on. He described all the dishes with such detail and passion we wanted them all. We had the... More

I am very glad I ate at The Barrymore. The restaurant is in an older hotel which seems rather strange. The Barrymore clearly knows what great food and service means. The decor is from the 1960's which consists of old booths around the perimeter and tables in the center of the dining room which provides an intimate atmosphere. Our table... More

Well we discovered Vegas's hidden gem! Located just off the strip- Barrymore's can only be described as boutique chic! The decor of this restaurant is above and beyond any other place on the strip. A reservation is a must as this is a small restaurant, max seating is about 50 people. The restaurant has fantastic booths that create a wonderfully... More

The meal here was excellent. I recommend the grilled artichoke to start - then take your pick of a variety of great steaks. Many excellent wines under $50 including some great Californian Zinfandels. This place is not cheap but the setting is amazing and the staff outstanding.

The decor, entertainment and food are all reminiscent of the old Vegas when elegance and charm were the order of the day. The food is beautifully served and delicious; the menu is different from the usual restaurant fare. The bar offers up live piano and a songstress of such good quality. The restaurant is Hollywood quaint, and the manager/owner circulates... More

As a local, I love finding hidden gems in Vegas that are off the beaten path. The Barrymore is located inside the Royal Resort, a place you wouldn't think of going into, but the Barrymore is tucked away inside and is definitely a surprise when you walk in. The decor is superbly done, with a small bar and dining room... More

In the world of food versus furniture, I think furniture won here. Firstly don't be put off by the location of the restaurant. Located down a side street in a somewhat dodgy looking hotel it seems a bit out of place, however the ambiance in the restaurant is upscale and cosy. The outdoor seating area has a good fireplace feature... More

We were very excited after reading the reviews. The experience was as expected good ambiance very attentive server. The food, well was disapointing my wife and I each had an apitizer ceaser and they had a special bone in Tomahawk Ribeye. We were not impressed with either the meat was over cured and the salad was short on dressing. Maybee... More
