Zaytoon restaurant and market is an awesome place to have a high quality Persian food at a reasonable price in a very friendly environment and a casual place. The appetizers are really good too. The owner and staff are very nice and welcoming. They took my special request to make a kabob without certain spice for my parents who had... More

We decided to go to this restaurant because it was indicated that the food is Halal. To our disappointment, not everything is Halal. They indicate on the menu which ones are Halal and which ones are not. Nonetheless, the food tastes absolutely delicious. Quite a good serving too. Not sure if I will be back but def may consider this... More

I would rate my experience as excellent if the lady who served us were a little nicer. She was frowning for almost the whole time. I was afraid to ask her a question. Other than that, food was very tasty. Restaurant was very clean, and service was fast. I also was able find some great stuff at the market right... More

Over the years we have been to many Persian restaurants and this one jets to the top when evaluating the food. The atmosphere is simple located in a strip mall. I hope they succeed enough to open a beautiful, "white tablecloth" restaurant someday because their food certainly warrants it!

You can tell that they care about what they serve and serve it with pride. Fresh juices, warm homemade lavash with sesame seeds, and everything is natural! This was my third trip back and I enjoyed it very much each time. I've tried their fresh carrot juice, chicken and lamb wraps and my personal favorite, Ghormeh Sabzi! I sure wish... More

This is a Middle Eastern establishment owned and operated by an Iranian family. The owner, Cash, is on the scene, very attentive, greets you warmly and tries really hard to make you feel welcome and at home. The menu is definitely Iranian and rather extensive. The food is of excellent quality. My wife and I ordered two of their daily... More

I enjoyed the food. I also liked the atmosphere. Although the food area is next to the grocery section, they have done a nice job decorating it with poetic prose and verses mixed with miniature art work hangings on the walls.

Great fast service. Placed order and got out of there in about half hour. My kabobs were tasty too. I have he'd better but for the price and atmosphere you cannot ask for better taste. Will go there again and does definitely reccomend this small market/restaurant.

We went because I love Mediterranean markets for Turkish, Iranian etc. spices and tea, but when we got there we saw a small eating area at one end of the market. We had chicken kabobs with Persian rice and some smoky grilled eggplant. It was all fabulous! We will definitely go back. They also sold very hard to get smoked... More
