Pretty Darn Good

Awesome Mexican food, Las Vegas was just a bit cleaner than the Hussongs Mexican Cantina in Mazatlan...food was great. Service was great. Manager was visible and active for a change... Normally the inmates run the assylum in therse Vegas restaurants in the average price range. In the Manadaly Bay... read more

Mexican restaurant but you must try their burger & fries. The best I have ever tried in my life!! Every time I am in Vegas I will go out of my way to go here. Good prices and great service as well.

Went into Hussongs for a quick late lunch. Noticed they had an extensive vegan menu that looked so good. Tried the guacamole and it was so spicy we couldn't/didn't want to finish it. The waiter was very attentive before our food came- but afterwards, he didn't come back to the table once. I noticed him frequenting other tables multiple times.... More

They boast about their margaritas, be warned they are $12 each! I thought they were average. I had the steak tacos and they were really good. The beans and rice were average, chips and salsa are served with your meal.

We stopped there twice for supper. Once during happy hour with 1/2 priced margaritas and the other full price. Not bad on pricing, margaritas are fantastic! Food and service are quick and good as well!!

This is not Mexican food, well I don't call, rice a roni Spanish rice, "Mexican rice" are you kidding me, and the chili Relleno was suppose to save this place and it just went down hill. okay you can't mess chips up they were okay but sweet salsa just isn't the way salsa should be. The service made it worse,... More

If this restaurant team thinks it is going to survive in Restaurant rich Las Vegas where locals can be true food snobs given our ample options and forever cutting edge restaurant scene, they would have to do three things to have a chance... seriously: (1) Hire new staff- your staff was so rude I witnessed first hand people walking out... Service was boring, told to try their AMAZING guacamole which was at opposite end of spectrum. It was a little bit fermented tasting. Meals were really average. Not what I hoped for when choosing a restaurant in Vegas. With so many choices and so few meals to eat, it's annoying!

I was alone and just wanted a quick decent meal at a reasonable price. This place looked nice walking by in the Mandala Mall. They offered "authentic" mexican food and cold beverages. I had steak quesadillas and the standard chips and salsa. The salsa seemed homemade and was tasty. Good service. I would come back.
