I went here for a business dinner. The atmosphere was very conducive to having discussions and not have another group in your business. The service was very good and so was the food. The scallop and foie gras was particularly tasty. The duck and foie gras ravioli was a bit under whelming. The lamb was excellent.

We ate at Scarpetta on a Thursday night. It was not very crowded. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the waitstaff was attentive and had great recommendations. And, the food was amazing! I would definitely recommend it for a great meal!

This is a “fine-dining” Italian restaurant designed by a famous chef with branches found in Beverly Hills and New York. Everything on the menu is new, exciting and fresh. There is usually a daily tasting menu – around USD $110/person. We were familiar with the fare from another location and figured the quality would be similar at a place like... More

I was craving a nice Italian place to eat before a show, and Scarpetta came up at the Cosmo resort. I wanted to go there anyways to check out the cool lounges, so I thought it was perfect. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing. We started with the heirloom tomato salad and the scallops/froi gras... More

We have stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel three times, previously. This time we went with two other couples and stayed at a different Hotel. On Monday night, September 1, 2014, we had reservations for a show, but wanted to treat our friends by taking them over to the Cosmopolitan to have dinner at Scarpetta. It did NOT disappoint! We had... More

With all the buzz about the Cosmo hotel the expectation or the bar was set very high. The ambience at scarpetta is exclusive and definitely very high end and if you re a food junkie who likes some sense of edible comfort food in your fancy menu this isn't your place. The menu has duck , foie gras, and extensive... More

I ate alone here. The waitstaff were very gracious. My table had a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains. There is limited by the glass wine list. They have what looks like a very nice chefs prefix menu with wine pairings. They do a very nice bread basket with several offerings including a slice of Stromboli. There is a marscapone... More

We go here every time we are in Las Vegas. Have never had a bad meal or experience . Very modern, hip, Italian. The pastas are all handmade in-house. This time we did the tasting menu & the only problem I had was being too full to finish it all. If you only try one thing on the menu, make... More

A group of 8 of us over from the UK ate there recently. It was the best meal we had during our stay in LV, which is saying something, because we went to some truly great restaurants. The food was exceptional and by comparison to other top restaurants we went to, it was about 15% less expensive. Try and get... More

It's unfortunate that other reviews I read were disappointed. We had amazing service and food. We were treated by a vendor (maybe that's why everything was so good) for my husband's work. There were 14 of us. We had multiple servers for our table. Our wine or water glasses were never empty. The appetizers we had gave me a chance... More
