I wish the appetizer and main course were as good as the bread served at Scarpetta. I started off with the Fritto Misto (mixed seafood) appetizer for $18 which had anchovies in it which spoiled my enjoyment of the dish. After that I had the lamb for $46 which was well seasoned. I would have preferred less seasoning. It is... More

Tried to get a reservation, they were booked, but they do have lounge/bar seating that is first come/first serve. We arrived at about 6:30 on a Saturday night and were seated immediately in the lounge. Wait staff was SUPERB, always showed up at the right time without hovering. We ordered the fettuccine, Short Rib Agnolotti and the carrot side dish....all... More

Loved their entree --- green pasta in a pesto spicy sauce with lobster. And of course their spaghetti pasta is delicious. I had their squid and octopus appetizer with fennel and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a Manhattan on the rocks and they gave me a big serving .. more than what I expected which was awesome. Definitely coming back here... More

The restaurant is inside The Cosmopolitan, wich is very good since it worths walk inside this modern hotel. The decoration is modern and the atmosphere is very nice, fancy but not formal. The attendents were very friendly and funny. We had prime rib, NY steak and foies gras ravioli and everything was perfect! The wine list is good.

Went there during the holidays with a party of five. The prices were quite high so we assumed we'd be having a foodie or at least mouth watering, memorable experience. I ordered the truffle (ravioli?) pasta - which was pretty flavorless to say the least..... tasted like they just put the ravioli in the remaining pasta water and added parmesan... More

Hallelujah! We have been going to Vegas at least once a year for the past 8 years and have tried many of the celebrity chef's restaurants. We tried all of Mario Batali's restaurants and hated all of them. None of the food had any flavor or anything interesting. We live in Kansas City and have even been to Lidia's which... More

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing dinner overlooking the Bellagio water show from our dinner table. Absolutely beautiful! The service was impeccable and the food even better. The short ribs and spaghetti are delicious. Then there is another dish that has short ribs, bone marrow in a tasty pasta that satisfied our cravings. We shared a couple of other... More

We are compulsive review readers and reservation makers, but this particular night in Vegas, we went to Scarpetta on a whim after briefly perusing the menu outside the door, and reading no reviews. Without reservations, we were immediately seated with an incredible view of the Bellagio fountains. Our waiter was excellent and helpful when we were ordering. We ordered the... More

Ordered two appetizers and two mains - the truffled mushroom pale at was excellent! The foie gas ravioli was good but not as good as the one I had at the Sofitel in Bangkok- the bone ,marrow and short rib ravioli was also excellent!

For the record, I have eaten my way up and down the strip at some of the best restaurants LV has to offer. This is by far the BEST spot in town. Every time I have been here, I have been greeted immediately and graciously and walked through the menus to point out new additions or specials in a very... More
