But not worth the trip if you are not. In a word, it was mediocre at best and way too pricey for what one got for their money. The food was okay but service was slow and the place was crazy noisy. We need to keep this in perspective. It is in Vegas and is right there in the hotel.... More

Having tapas at Jaleo inside the Cosmopolitan has become one of our traditions in Vegas. They have an extensive selection of tapas that are both unique and creatively presented. It’s always hard to narrow down your choices, but definitely try the Pan de cristal con tomate fresco, the Mini pepito de ibérico, and the Caña de Cabra con higos. Service... More

Great food, generally, some different takes on traditional spanish tapas, not all of which work. The service was swift but not rushed. Fairly priced for Las Vegas

You know the theme for LV is, what happens there stays there? Well telling people about Jaleo is one of my favorite things to do. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the ambience/food/service. This was my 3rd time going to Jaleo and it was just as great of an experience as the first. Our waitress was amazing. She kept us entertained and... More

We met some friends while staying at the Bellagio next door to the Cosmopolitan, luckily we didn't pay for the meal, as it was really expensive. It was about an hour wait for Paella, and from what I had it was just average. Sorry not worth it, and the Liquid olive's were horrible!

I had never had Tapas before, but the waiter was so helpful, we had a phenomenal meal. Really wonderful, the chicken fritters were served in a very creative way and the Endive with goat cheese and almonds and mandarin oranges was by far my fav. The pork sliders everyone loved. Give it a try it is great!

We wanted to try Jaleo but prices for dinner were more than we wanted to pay. That's when we discovered that for $26 there is a 3-course lunch. It consists of (chef's choice) gazpacho, salad and paella....ours was mushroom. The food was delicious! We did sit in a sort of hallway off to the side since we did not want... More

If you get even close to this hotel, you must try this out. The selection of Tapas is out of this world. The traditional paella of chicken and chef-selected mushrooms was just superb and the cheese selections were perfect. The Ostras 'Gin & Tonic' was very nice if you love gin. I do and it was great.

We sat at the bar so we did not have to wait. Like sitting at a sushi bar, you get to see the cooks do their stuff. Care is taken with this food. Tapas are thoughtfully put together, selection is varied and excellent, and the food is delicious. We had a very good salad and shared a couple of tapas.... More

Very good tapas. Service was average and one of the loudest, nosiest restaurants we have been to. Wine list limited and overpriced.
