Our cows have attitude, and they've left their mark. No, we don't mean the graffiti decor (although our heifers are a fan of the tasteful vandalism), we mean the uniquely crafted, burgers and milkshakes that you won't be able to find anywhere else in Las Vegas. From our Gold Standard to Rising Sun, you'll be in awe with our menu. And even though our cows are proud of their all-natural, hormone-free masterpieces, our grub doesn't end at the pasture's edge. We have snacks and salads you've seen only in your daydreams.

A stomach stretcher

We'd been in the US 5 days and hadn't yet gone for a burger. Having read the reviews and just been in the Chandelier bar we gave Holsteins a go. The burgers we ordered were great and the onion rings side was a large portion. We both left absolutely full and had dangerously stretched our stomachs... read more

We had the gold standard and the El caliente burgers. Would recommend both. If you like a bit of spice definitely go for the El caliente burger. Pork scratchings make a good addition too

I'm not a big eater, so was just looking for a small burger. I liked the fact they were natural... I don't think it was organic, but possibly a step up from hormone burgers. I ordered what i thought was their small burger, but it ended up being three sliders. It was fine, but definitely not the best burger I've... More

We were not very hungry and just shared a Korean barbecue quesadilla. The wait people were extremely gracious and did a great job of accommodating our needs. The quesadilla was delicious.

We were in Vegas last year and had the best burger at Holsteins, so when we visited Vegas again one of our first stops for dinner was Holsteins! Our burgers were delicious! Cooked perfectly. My husband had the vanilla shake and loved it. Our waitress was very attentive...just a perfect dinner!!

What a great little burger joint within The Cosmopolitan Hotel. We searched it out as it came up under Gluten Free restaurants. And while I needed the GF bun (which was delicious... not dry and tasteless) our entire party enjoyed our meal here. Price was just right, Burger & toppings were delish.

My fiance and I ate here last week. We shared the Rising Sun burger and the Campfire Smores Shake. Both were wonderful, the fry portion seemed a little small but not terribly small. Food was brought out fairly quick and the service was good/very good. We will be stopping by here on our next visit.

The burger I had was amazing, but the service was the most impressive part of this restaurant. Every member of the service staff was attentive and positive. It's a quirky place, but great for lunch or dinner.

Though the burgers are to be the bomb, they were just average. Not sure how this place will do at South Coast Plaza in So Cal where fabulous burgers abound. Not a fan of booze and milkshake so I tried their vodka drink with tomatoes and basil. It was okay...nothing to write home about.

Last time I came to Holsteins, I could get Korean beef sliders and a great dessert. This time, neither of those items was on the menu. I was disappointed. We did get Cuban street tacos and Ahi Tuna Sliders for appetizers, but we were surprised that there was so little in the way of desserts now. We actually left and... More
