Our cows have attitude, and they've left their mark. No, we don't mean the graffiti decor (although our heifers are a fan of the tasteful vandalism), we mean the uniquely crafted, burgers and milkshakes that you won't be able to find anywhere else in Las Vegas. From our Gold Standard to Rising Sun, you'll be in awe with our menu. And even though our cows are proud of their all-natural, hormone-free masterpieces, our grub doesn't end at the pasture's edge. We have snacks and salads you've seen only in your daydreams.

Huge portions ...amazing!!

We visited here last night for dinner. Made a reservation through trip advisor which is easy and convienant. You will need to book as it's busy. We were hungry after skipping lunch and decided to share a starter. It was huge and I'm glad it was to share because when the burger came that was also... read more

The shakes were the best I have had. The burger wasn't as good as I was expecting and the onion rings were cold so we sent back. They replaced with fresh ones but they were not really anything special either. We each ordered different burgers then cut them in half and split them. That way we could each try a... More

Their burgers are good and some interesting topping combinations but they were a bit skimpy on the meat - too thin to make medium rare as ordered. The price was waaaay too high for what you get in my opinion. We could have gone elsewhere for better burgers at half the price or had a decent steak for the same... More

Holsteins is always a must place to eat every time I come to Vegas. Their burgers are a medley of savory tastes! These burgers never disappoint even with the most basic one on their menu. Their fries are always spot on and side salads are the perfect size with the most incredible dressing. Can't wait to go back for another!

Had the Ceasar which was perfectly spcied with clamato juice (canadian thing) and a jumbo shrimp. I opted for the sliders with cheddar- they were good but my ceaser was better.

Every time I'm in Vegas I must get the red velvet milkshake (without the booze) it is literally the best milk shake ever. That says a lot coming from a gal who doesn't like milk!!

The big disappointment was the Burger which was really dry and over cooked. The quality since last year has gone down drastically.

Had the Ahi tuna sliders and for their small size they were surprisingly filling. The beer for e was too bitter but I am not much of an IPA guy anyway. All and all a great place to eat. OH! the onion rings are the best I have ever tasted...buttermilk!

The food was amazing. We had the Rising Sun burger and the Gold Standard Burger, both were cooked to perfection and served fresh and hot. The Drunken Monkey shake was outstanding and the service was great. I would have given this place a solid five stars but it was so loud that my husband and I had to shout at... More
