Very good meal - excellent ceasar salad

We had a very good meal at this busy restaurant within the Cosmopolitan. Highlights included the cavatelli with sausage and porcini mushrooms and the Caesar salad. I would not recommend the pappardelle with short ribs and chestnuts. Neither my dining companion or I cared for this heavy combination... read more

Read the menu on line and thought it sounded excellent. The pasta was outstanding, had the braised duck with with truffle oil and it was amazing as was the DOCG salad. The pizza crust was not crisp and I probably would not order it again. One thing I thought was crazy I asked about the Don Giovani, a drink that... More

Food here was excellent and so was the service. Chef Scott Conant's enoteca was like a more casual Scarpetta. We ordered the bone marrow, arugula salad, calamari, pici homemade pasta with duck and black truffle, ravioli, NY Strip, salmon. All was excellent. The salted caramel budino for dessert was ridiculously good. My husband licked the bowl! (much to whole party's... More

The cavatelli is a must as was the fried artichoke. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed our first "Vegas" meal at D.O.C.G and it was a great way to start our vacation.

Great food, amazing service and a wine list that was incredible. It's located very close to the Chandelier bar at the LV strip end of the Cosmopolitan.

I went to this restaurant with a group of friends. Service was a little slow and I thought the menu was limited. Luckily we just wanted pizza and that was of good quality. The wine list had ridiculous prices on it though and we are a group willing to pay for quality. In the end most of the group had... More

Staff very attentive, nothing too much trouble, fabulous tasty food and an overall great experience. The restaurant is on the expensive side but worth every penny.

I highly recommend this restaurant in the Cosmopolitan. We loved that we could make a reservation on Open Table. We were seated right away. The decor, especially the brick walls, reminded me of the Tribecca Grille. It was like we were in a separate restaurant rather than in the middle of a hotel/casino, which we loved. You couldn't hear any... More

We wanted to share a late night snack after our show and googled best pizza in Vegas. Right in our own resort we found DOCG. It has a crowded upscale atmosphere but service was good and pizza was very good for that type of thin chewy Italian style pie with minimal ingredients and gobs of mozzarella situated here and there....
