I had a table overlooking the pool area, straight at the High Roller so once it got dark I was able to watch the constantly changing lights (I have to say that they've put much more effort into the lighting effects than the London Eye). For dinner I chose the bacon wrapped dates (nice but I didn't think they lived... More

We were in town for a conference and looking for a place to eat nearby the show we were going to see, so we followed a guidebook and went here. A bit dark, but a lively and friendly atmosphere. It is a tapas and wine place and every plate we sampled was pretty good. The servers are all pretty young... More

La Cave appeared to be small and quiet with reasonably priced options. Unfortunately, they seated us in the noisiest area and the prices were for small plates, so many servings were needed to obtain an adequate meal. Most absurd were the wine prices: $9 for 2 oz, $18 for a glass. The wines were good and the service very helpful,... More

This restaurant offers a wine-tasting option, perfect for a couple. We had 4 different red wines, 2 oz per glass. A very different but interesting dining experience. The food is small plates, a nice variety of meats, seafood and salads, very nicely prepared. If you are into sharing food and drink, you will enjoy this place.

The atmosphere combined the best of relaxing and urbane. The food was all "small plate", but we didn't think the portions were small at all. We ordered the jerk marinated ahi tuna, sliced sirloin steak, orecchiette with chicken, all perfect for two hungry people. By the time the fiery artichoke and olive and goat cheese flatbread arrived, we were stuffed. Nice... More

This was billed as kind of a laid back hideaway wine bar and small plates place. The food and wine were fine, but laid back it wasn't. When we showed up at 9:30 PM for our dinner reservation a number of parties were already waiting. Finally seated at a table between the front and back bar areas, there was a... More

Enjoyed a lunch at La Cave - ordered the Caesar salad - which had a unique presentation. Our lunch guest really enjoyed it. We shared the flat bread pizza - the spicey Thai was tastey. We also shared the pork belly - excellent! The waitress was very friendly. We would have enjoyed sitting outside - it is one of the... More

Great low key spot with great food. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. The carpaccio was about the best I have ever had, onion soup was outstanding with its little pastry hat, and the sausage flatbread had a crisp crust and great flavor. Lots of wine flights if you like to sample.

Come out of the cave and indulge in the Chef's Tasting Menu of Nine Creative Selections! Our entire group did! Portions are individual yet large enough for a few bites per item. Fig wrapped in bacon, heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad, tuna tartar, the signature pizza were favorites. Wine flight selections can be tried- French and California red and white... More

Just go here! Great little tapas style wine bar on a side hallway at the Wynn. Rebecca the hostess was so sweet and friendly. She was helping the server assigned to our area out and took our wine order… then continued to help out and look after us the whole time. She is great and the perfect person to have... More
