Had Sunday morning breakfast at Du-Par's specifically to try the pancakes that are rumoured to be fantastic. They did live up the rumours - definitely some of the best pancakes I have had and for sure worth a detour. They are crazy rich so even a short stack will take you a long way, especially if you have eggs or... More

For $3.99, you get tons of shrimp with an amazing homemade cocktail sauce... Served with soda crackers and a slice of lemon. The best we've ever had! Also had the clubhouse sandwich & fries. Restaurant still has the retro style decor which adds to the experience. Service was good... Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go back to Freemont Street... More

Great breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night diner. Service in this diner is excellent; Prices are cheap; Nice folks... This classic old fashion Las Vegas diner is awesome! Great desserts by the way! They now serve the classic 99 cent shrimp cocktail (formerly served in the deli next to the casino) in this diner and it is now $3.99 but twice... More

I have eaten here a lot over the past 10 years of vacationing on Fremont Street. We ate here 3 times over our 7 day stay in Vegas; 2 late night visits and a lunch. The Good: Amazingly fluffy egg white omelet and delicious homemade jelly. The Casino Bathrooms are the cleanest and nicest on Fremont Street. The Bad: The... More

Went on the advice of our friends that have gone before! Pancakes were great and fresh fruit yummy! Easy walk from our room at Golden Nugget.

Right at the back of the Golden Gate Hotel behind the casino, this is a nice place to grab a snack. Food is reasonably priced and you can grab all the basics. Open 24 hours.

I was in Las Vegas by myself and really tired of buffet food and did not want to go to a expensive restaurant by myself. But I found the perfect place. Tucked away in a corner of the Golden Gate hotel and casino in downtown Las Vegas. Du-Pars offers really good comfort food for a reasonable price in a setting... More

This is an excellent choice if you happen to be down town. Located inside the Golden Gate, Du Par's has a great variety of good American food, good size portions, and good, fair prices. Also the staff is very nice and attentive. If I was close to the area, this is the kind of place I would eat at every... More

I ran into a group of charming engineers with a few female friends who invited me to dine with them because they took pity on my "single" plight...lol. We ate and talked and talked and ate and shared our food and I enjoyed this restaurant all the more. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and they ordered a beautiful rare medium... More
