We have loved this place for a long time, but our most recent visit revealed cracks in the foundation. From the crumbs on both our chairs, to the dirty carpet and finally to the cold center of the ham croquettes, it appears Julian Serrano has taken his eye off the ball at his namesake. I know he is likely distracted... More

Dined at Julian Serrano on April 11, 2015 for Dinner. I made a prior reservation, but it was not needed and we were seated immediately. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Aria near the Registration Desk. The restaurant itself is colorfully decorated in reds and oranges and is what I would call open air seating overlooking... More

Have been twice previously on another trip and it was great but this time was less than average. Guys why would you fool with the serrano peppers and put a sweet orange sauce on them....horrible!!! The rest of the food was so so as well. aaaargh

The food is excellent, decently prices and easy to share. White fish ceviche was excellent and so good we had to order seconds. I can say that my friend was keep it healthy and the items we ordered were great. Sat at the bar which made people watching difficult but the bartenders were excellent and fun to chat with.

We had a great meal at Julian Serrano. This place is great if you have a large group, which gives you the chance to sample more of the menu. The menu is pretty large, which a very wide selection of great tapas dishes. Our favorites? The bacon-wrapped dates and the paella. Some of their best dishes, like the paella, take... More

There are so many amazing things to try at Julian Serrano you'd break the bank. Hit it at happy hour and try more than a few incredible plates. I recommend the bomba, salmon, stuffed dates, and of course, sangria.

Julian Serrano's in the Aria adopts a winning combination. Great service, great food and amazing cocktails. The Patatas Bravas were a definite stand out, chugged down with a couple of glasses of Sangria. Just managed to beat the rush as we didn't have a reservation, but got noticeably busier from 8pm onwards. Bar staff were incredibly attentive, an all round... More

A little of Spnish tradition of tapas Vegas style. Food is very good (this is the Spanish side) and pricey (Vegas style). Small portions (Spanish style) to accompany your wine. Wine list good, some good stuff on it. We had wine by Emilio Moro out of Ribera del Duero, one of the cheapest on the list for about 50 bucks,... More
