I had lunch with three friends, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Two of us opted for chicken sandwiches; the other two chose to share some tapas. My sandwich came out ten minutes before my friend's sandwich. The tapas came out quite sporadically, usually after flagging down the waiter. He was apologetic, but it made no sense, given the low... I took my wife, daughter and her friend here before the Zarkana show on Monday. I have always enjoyed this place but I had never taken the family. Juan, our waiter, was outstanding. We had a lot of tapas and I will forget a few. We had the brava potatoes, tuna with raspberry skewers, chicken croquets, asparagus, almonds, sliders, mushroom... More

I recently stayed at the Aria hotel and ate twice at Julian Serrano's. One time we were there for happy hour and once later in the evening. Both times were mid-week, restaurant not overly busy so we were able to walk in with no reservations. The happy hour definately is a good deal, limited number of items to choose from... More

I sat at the bar while waiting for my room. The salad I had was fresh and flavorful, and the bartender let me taste a couple different wines before I ordered a glass to see which one best complimented the meal. Friendly and relaxing for someone who'd just gotten into town. They even took my smart phone and charged it... More

We went to Julian Serrano on our first night at the Aria and we really enjoyed it. The service was very good and the food was excellent. The menu is huge. We ordered the Paella Serrano (with morcilla, short ribs and kale), the apple with foie grass, the lobster gazpacho and the bread with tomatoes. For dessert I ordered the... More

Went to Julian Serrano twice on a recent visit to Las Vegas. The first visit was for happy hour, which is a fantastic deal! There is a large range of items on the happy hour menu & prices are very reasonable. The first visit I shared the fried calamari, chicken croquetas, stuffed dates, iberico sliders, & the albondigas. Everything was... More

We visited Julian Serrano on our recent visit to Aria and Las Vegas. It was a nice setting for an evening out prior to seeing Zarkana. We ordered the rabo de toro (oxtail) tapas which was fantastic. We also ordered the mixed paella to share which was very good as well. The Red Sangria was a great drink to have... More

We love Tapas and thought it would be lovely to eat in our hotel before going out and getting too hot. This restaurant has tried to make tapas too expensive and ruined it by trying to be too clever. The steak tartar was the best part, we should have order more. Sorry

We visited Julian Serrano tapas twice this visit...it is that good. The brava potatoes are beyond fantastic! I could eat them every day. The mixed seafood ceviche is my second favorite dish but we have tried about half of the menu (it's huge) and everything has been delicious. Go for lunch if you don't want the large crowd.

Five of us ate here on June 27. We had reservations for 8 people and only 5 showed up, but the restaurant was very understanding and accommodating. Jason was our server and he was fantastic. Food was good but not great, but they have a large menu, so I'd like to return and try different dishes. Big hooray to my... More
