This unassuming restaurant sits in the lobby of the Aria hotel. While at first glance, the location might be better suited for a diner, Julian Serrano serves up food much more worthy. The cold fish tapas I ordered were both excellent, but the bread with ham and cheese was little more than ordinary. The fish used in the ceviche was... More

I had a large group of non-English speakers with no previous exposure to Spanish cuisine. Giving out waiter limited instructions (no pork :( and bring about 40 small plates), we had a fantastic dining experience. The food came in perfectly paced and paired batches. Every dish was delicious. The recommended wine was similarly delightful.

Party of 7 people, we enjoyed the variety of tapas served with a nice bottle of Cava sparkling rose wine! The sommelier is a great addition to the food pairing.

They have a great pre-theatre menu here, $39 for a 3 course meal in a 5 star hotel in Vegas? Food was good, big portions as always in Vegas, I think the pork chop I had is the biggest I have ever seen, it was about the size of my arm! Had the wine pairing too, $19 for 3 glasses... More

Julian needs to reconsider. My wife and I dined in this restaurant thinking 'Spanish' but we're sadly disappointed. The service was insincere and rushed and more importantly the food was luke warm and tasteless and really didn't resemble anything Spanish. The impressive surroundings need to match the food offer hence the title of my review.

Had high expectations of this tapas restaurant, but we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. We visited Spain last year and had some fantastic food, and we hoped for the same here. We chose 4 tapas dishes initially, with a view to ordering more if necessary. - Traditional Spanish Chicken Croquetas - looked good, but I struggled... More

Loved this place! Do not let the "mall restaurant" appearance deter you ... the food is authentic and delicious! We will return again and again!

Had lunch here with some friends on a weekday, and the restaurant did not disappoint. The lobster gazpacho was the best of the food we ordered, as neither the salmon nor the steak had anything resembling a Spanish touch. The dessert was not particularly noteworthy either. At US$19 for a set lunch though, you lose all right to complain about... More

This place is very good and is always packed. I love almost all the plates and they serve you fries inside a shoe! That's awesome. Food quality is A+ and servers are very friendly. I truly recommended.

We were really looking forward to our meal as the reviews were so glowing. Found the food to be very average, fairly tasteless, overcooked and overpriced. The black rice dish was nice but the squid very chewy. We had 6 plates, of which 1 was very good (Tuna Tartare) 1 passable (squid / black rice) and 4 were just not good... More
