This was my 4th visit to this place, I truly love everything about Julian Serrano Restaurant, and am very excited that he is opening a new restaurant in the Bellagio with Italian style tapas.. But the drinks and food are always great here.. You must try it...

I've eaten at places around the world. This evening, along with 22 friends and colleagues, was simple a top-5 restaurant experience. As a guest we didn't get menus, and they simply began serving us. Tapas style, which was new for me, and I wasn't sure how to "pace" myself. Literally everything that was served was amazing and delicious. I cannot... More

Every single time that I have eaten here has been marvelous. My favorite dish is the oxtail it is a must and just absolutely melts in your mouth. The (red) sangria is divine (I've tried the white but to not have red is sacrilegious) I always find my eyes being too big for my stomach. It is always inevitable that... More

Paella! !!!! Order it and you will not be disappointed! The tapas were tasty as well. Great service of course. The chairs were insanely comfortable. If you love Spanish food, you'll love this restaurant

Good food, good service. Very noisey, and very hard to find as the signage in the Aria is not very good

We have been here a few times because we truly like the food. We didn't make reservations so we were stuck back in the furthest corner which was OK because it was quiet. They were out of the wine we ordered so they suggested a substitute. Either prices have gone up or I have just forgotten, but $17 for one... More

Great food in a gorgeous modern and artistic space. Staff very friendly and attentive. Actually went there 2x in 4 days - dinner and lunch. Everything we ate was delicious. Favorites were the red sangria, the stuffed dates and the calamari. Calamari was probably the best I've ever had - really light and tender, not oily or tough at all.... More

Really enjoyed the seafood medley paella. One of our best meals in Las Vegas. We even took home the leftovers and ate those the next day. Highly recommended. Everything was so well seasoned and seemed very fresh.

Took a long weekend trip with my dad for my birthday and after some successful Black Jack games we decided to treat ourselves to a top-notch dinner and we were not disappointed. Everything we ate was so delicious we were practically licking the plates. Definitely not cheap, but like I said, worth every penny
