I ate here with a big group -- the perfect way to enjoy tapas. The dishes were creative and delicious, with some classic tapas favorites, too. The wine list is extensive, but I would recommend going for the Stillwater Artisinal Ale (brewed exclusively for Aria, very cool). The service could be better -- I found our server to be a... More

Lovely tapas although can be pricey probably due to it's location in the stunning Aria. The restaurant and staff are impeccable. Very enjoyable!

My wife and I had an early dinner at Julian Serrano before seeing Zarkana. It's a beautiful restaurant that is probably a little too open to the Aria lobby. We were expecting to try on the tasting menus, but once we saw the breadth of the tapas available on the happy hour we decided that was a better choice. Plus... More

I was very surprised with all the. Tapas. New and old favorites in an excellent way, tasty and good ingredients. Also I was surprises with the paella, but in a bad way, this was probably one of the worst I ever had. I'll try to remember this place for its tapas though. The service is excellent to say the less.... More

Julian Serrano is a chic restaurant located close to the lobby in the Aria. The service is not good but the tapas did arrive quite quickly and the food was good. The wine menu I found was astronomically over priced so I would recommend you stick with the sangria or mixed drinks. The tapas were good- we enjoyed the beef... More

We booked in on the day of our arrival as we were staying at the Aria. We had the jug of Sangira which was very large for two... not that we complained and duly finished this off!! We ordered a selection off the happy hour menu which included spanish omelette, potatas bravas, chorizo, Iberico sliders and traditional chicken croquets... All... More

Three of us shared a tapas appetizer and a paella. Appetizer was good, but the paella was outstanding. Service was not very attentive.

A special place! Wandering on the Strip you may find all kind of restaurants and even several versions of the same. Still this has been different. A cool and 'cool' place where one can get some top quality Spanish meals. We ordered , among other delights, lobster gazpacho, tuna raspberry skewer, " bomba", stuffed piquillo peppers and more. All that... More

I was thrilled with Julian Serrano's tapas restaurant in Aria. Having just returned from Spain a few weeks earlier. I thought his take on tapas were amazing and flavorful. The restaurant is an experience as much as a meal. If you have a group going to Vegas this is a wonderful restaurant for you to try. I can almost guarantee... More
