Top notch staff and incredible flavours

Visited here for lunch on a recent visit to Las Vegas. We tried the Fresh Calamari a la Plancha which was good but cannot hold a candle to their Stuffed Paquillo Peppers! We have already decided on our next visit to each order our own. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Gambas (sautéed shrimp) and the Japanese Grilled Eggplant. I don't... More

There were some highlights and some mediocre aspects to the meal. We ordered four tapas/pinxtos and paella for our family of five. The patatas bravas (not sure what they were called on the menu) were well done, quite like we were used to from traveling in Spain. The dates wrapped in bacon and stuffed with goat cheese were absolutely to... More

A friendly greeting in marvelous surroundings and that was just the beginning of our dining experience. Tapas of every imaginable type fill the menu. Add a dish of the marinated olives and veggies to whatever dishes you order. Each dish was a celebration of flavors. If you are a wine lover, it gets better. The wine list is put together... More

Visited here during our stay at the Aria and was very much looking forward to our paella, it wasn't awful but looked no where near as appetising as all the tapas items we see coming out while we were there. Service was great but if we ever visited again it would be for the tapas and not the paella!

Ate at Julian Serrano's in Aria hotel Las Vegas last night. Everything was awesome. My boyfriend & I wanted to try not your normal meat/pasta meal. We ordered the red Sangria which was wonderful--not too sweet. We ended up sharing 4-5 tapas. Our favorite was friend shrimp w pepper on a stick. Our other favs were the salmon on truffle,... More

This was a great choice for us after a day at Hoover Dam, some of it in the 108 degree temperatures. The restaurant was convenient to our hotel, the atmosphere relaxed, the pace comfortable. Of us it was casual, not dress up. The menu is Tapas - small plates - that allowed us to gauge how much we really wanted... More

Great services, good deco, except the mix seafood paella, the lobster meat smell. We mentioned that to the waiter but there is no feedback at all. Maybe vege pella would be a wiser pick... but i am def not visit this reataurant again.
