For those of you who have been to Spain you'll recognize the authentic tapas served at this excellent restaurant. There's a lot to choose from on the menu. The only disappointment was the insipid tasting sangria.

Great sangria, loved the sparkling version. The food was good, but small and quite expensive, which is typical of Vegas. It was very loud for a couple. Would be better for a group.

The best lunch we had. Went with 2 friends and we ordered 5 plates to share with your choice of white or red sangria. Each plate was great and our waiter was very helpful and attentive.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I went with a group, and we chose to have several different items brought out back-to-back. The food just kept coming, and we constantly anticipated what we would be surprised with next. The food was average, at best. Some of the items were a bit weird for my liking but the experience was... More

Best Spanish tapas place I've been to outside of Spain. Everything is always cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Great mix of staple dishes like albondigas and tortilla along with more unique and hard to find tapas like the (amazing) calamari a la plancha or the stuffed dates or piquillo peppers.

We had dinner at Julian Serrano with a party ranging in ages from 8 to 74 and all had a lovely time: great food, wine and atmosphere. Particularly recommend the Mediterranean chicken skewer and the tuna tartare in addition to the desserts (rice pudding, molten chocolate cake). The staff was very helpful and professional. One member of our party did... More

One of the reasons I like to travel to the Las Vegas are mainly the restaurants. From Ramsey's all the way to Bobby Flay's etc.... I ended up with an entrée that was served one hour and 25 minutes later (no, it wasn't the Paella). It was cold, under seasoned and with a piece of cold lobster that was way... More

Really enjoyed the food although I wished it was more authentic. The presentation was great and the service was great and really professional.

We had an excellent meal and especially enjoyed the mixed paella ($50) which is recommended for two but is really enough for four. Although we waited a half hour after our reservation time the staff was courteous and on their game. Be wary of the wine menu as prices are outrageous and the sommelier will recommend something in the $150... More

This is absolutely the best Spanish food I've had outside of Spain! They even had pimientos de padron, which are hard to find in the US. Every last bite was authentic and amazing. Julian Serrano is a must-visit when in Vegas.
