This is a Spanish Tapas type restaurant. I had never been to one and was amazed at how good the food was. Service was excellent too. Our waiter was very patient and helpful as we tried to decide what to order. I would return here for dinner.

While there was not an abundance of gluten free options the server did an excellent job of pointing out what would work for me. Our group ordered 3 tapas that were gluten free so I had lots to eat. The food quality and flavour was outstanding!

We had a terrific dinner at Julian Serrano. First, we got to the restaurant over 30 minutes late..due to a show running longer than anticipated...and the distances you have to walk (Vegas!). Anyway...no problem. We were seated immediately. Food was just incredible. Everything. Tapas. Super tasty...great server and great service all around. The meal was delicious...the space was great fun!... More

The tapas style menu has LOTS of offerings, and they are delicious. I did find it a little pricey but that's Vegas for you. The food quality, taste and service are excellent. Check them out during their happy hour from 4pm-6pm on weekdays. That will make your visit very worthwhile!

Everything on the menu looked tempting and I ordered 2-3 tapas plates. Everyone at our table enjoyed what they ordered and I think the Paella is the best menu choice. An order for 3 for paella gave all six of us a side dish serving to our tapas. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely.

What a phenomenal experience eating here. We were there after a show at 10:30, even though it was so late we had outstanding service and food. Fun tapas, super tasty, great advice from the server. Very funky and humorous decor. I highly recommend this place, very memorable.

Eating lunch in the beautiful City Center at Aria was a treat in itself, but Julian Serrano was an amazing discovery. Being East Coast people, we were not familiar with the Chef, but opted for trying his restaurant instead of the Washington DC chef Jose Andres. We are so glad we did. First of all, it is not a romantic... More

Kind service, endless menu of small and large plates to try. We had three plates and dessert between two of us, as well as a beautiful Spanish red wine that was around $50. I wish I could've tried more. It was delicious!

My son and I had dinner here after having happy hour last time. We really enjoyed the octopus and short ribs but the best was the “pata negra” 5j ham, melt in your mouth delicious.

Excellent and extensive tapas restaurant. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and try some more. Worth every penny.
