Very surprised by the level of service. Alex was our server and was very attentive to all aspects of dinner service. Started with a mushroom taco served in a panko encrusted eggplant shell. Worth the try. Dinner was a bone in ribeye and the daily mash. Mashed potatoes with mushrooms and prime rib. Awesome. Anyone visiting Vegas should venture to... More

The Biscayne is the (mostly) seafood and steak restaurant in the "New Trop". When we visited on a Monday evening, the place was disappointingly empty. The atmosphere is traditional -- white tablecloths, soft music, waiters in tuxes. I was especially pleased with the great service by our server Roland who gave us good advice and looked after us in an... More

The steak was fantastic. The wine I had was not very good, but I only had the one kind. The one problem I had with it would be if I am going to spend $200 on dinner I would expect the atmosphere to be a little more sophisticated.

We started off at the bar while waiting for all of our party to arrive. The bartender was great. She laughed and joked with us, remembered our names and drinks. When we seated for dinner, the waiter was very professional and handled our craziness very well. I ordered the filet, medium rare. It was perfect and probably the most tender... More

The steak and lobster was way overcooked. The waitress offered to take it back and have a new one prepared but we had already waited 45 minutes for the first meal. The chef and/or manager never came to the table to apologize. Te waitress seemed uncaring as well.

Having been to the old Tropicana, this was, very much a case of going to see and explore the new dining since the renovations. Firstly, a big "Thank You" to Hector who handled our reservation at short notice and greeted us so nicely upon our arrival. While trolling through the many choices of restaurants for dinner in LV, a monthly... More

Went here with a Party of 4 and we all had great appetisers and even better steaks. I had the filet and could cut it with my fork and the best was the flavour.......with no overkill on the Salt like a lot of expensive steakhouses. The sides are big and good for sharing. The service was very friendly and attentive.... More

I never would have imagined a couple of years ago that two of our favorite restaurants in Vegas could be at the Tropicana, but Biscayne and Bacio are both fantastic. This was our second time at Biscayne, and it was outstanding again. The service is attentive and friendly without hovering. The Iceberg Wedge Triptych was an excellent beginning-three very distinctive... More

Visited 08/01/2014 Came to the Trop' to watch stand-up comedy at the Laugh Factory. The two nice restaurants they had were Biscayne Steakhouse and Bacio Italian restaurant. We were going to do Italian another night so we went with Biscayne. Checked Groupon and got an awesome deal. The service was top notch. Their attention to the customer and details were... More

Wow! What a superb meal we had in this elegant restaurant. Considering Tropicana's location on the Vegas Strip, this restaurant within the hotel is so quiet and calming after a day enjoying the hustle and bustle nearby. The food was absolutely delicious and the customer care faultless. Thank you.
