Decent food, but nothing special. Quite expensive restaurant. There are much better restaurants in Vegas at the same price point. Seafood was only Ok, even blend.

We had the best meal here during our stay in Vegas. Having eaten at Le Cirque I actually prefer this new restaurant run by the Maccioni family. Its not often you find one of those unusual and memorable dishes, but I did here in the seemingly simple but incredibly delicious Ricotta Dumplings in Sage Butter. Save some of the delicious... More

Had a great pasta dish with mushrooms and truffle oil. I just had the "appetizer" size and it was more than enough. Started with the caesar salad, which was good also. My husband had the veal picatta and he like that also. The dessert was not good--it tasted bland and like it had been sitting around for awhile. Sorry I... More

We looked forward to a special meal at SIrio, the designated "splurge" dinner on our recent trip to Las Vegas. All of the food was very good. We started with a Caprese Salad and the Frito Misto. For our primi, we had Fettucine Carbonara and Raviolli Di Mamma, both excellent dishes. Our secondi were Veal Picatta and Veal Marsala, accompanied... More

I had a very good meal here with my partner. Service was good, the portions were big ( they are every where in Vegas!) and the quality of food was just as good. They also decorated the desert with happy birthday and a candle which was a nice touch and something they didnt have to do. Not the cheapest and... More

We had been here before and we decided to have a dinner after theater. We did enjoy the nice selection of correctly priced wines by glass, an excellent porchetta with polenta, great seabass, well prepared carpaccio, very italian bread. Since I am from Tuscan I was a bit surprised to find out that the Antipasto Toscano has tons of garlic... More

Had drinks at the bar area prior to dinner. Excellent bartenders with great drink suggestions. Food was absolutely delicious and served with such elegance & class. Prices a little higher but well worth it.

We both had a great meal here. Service was a bit slow in the beginning but got better. We were there later in the evening and when it got to be closing time we felt rushed

Large restaurant but was not busy, staff very attentive especially the guy serving iced water, seconds after your glass leaves your lips it is refilled. Nice selection of food but other restaurants are better
