great selection! Hotel is changing the menu from lunch to dinner at 4pm.. so if u wanna pay 23.99$ for dinner instead of 39.99$ show up at 3:55pm and you will get a dinner menu at a lunch price! ;)

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, it has to be one the top 3 in the area for breakfast buffets. The red velvet pancakes were unbelievable, as were the blueberry muffins.

To preface this, Vegas gave me sticker shock this time. It's no longer a value place- unless you hit the cheap hotels. When visited previously, I remember Vegas being reasonable. It's not anymore, not if you're looking for something good. Every decent restaurant is attached to some "famous" chef, including buffets. I was not prepared for the $75 entry price... More

Just a super selection of salads fish Asian cuisine and pastas. Crab legs were snowcrab rather then the king crab that they advertise kind of disappointing. Prime rib and the pork were excellent. Service was kind of sporadic at best. Good value for the money

We had this buffet (3) of the (4) days we were in Vegas. We really enjoyed it. Crab legs to die for and a variety of food that we couldn't get enough of. We will definitely be back to eat at The Buffet at Aria!!!

We went to this buffet, the Bellagio buffet and the spice market, but this one was by far the best. We had dinner there; the food was fresh and delicious. You're also not cloistered in a windowless, smoky basement/corner like the Bellagio buffet or the spice market. Crab legs, mussels, sushi, salmon, stews, soups, salads, potatoes, lasagna, pasta bar, meat,... More

The food was nothing special for what you pay. Didn't have to fight any lines but based on food quality I can see why.

This buffet have good quality food and a good variety and mix of flavors. A little pricey but all Vegas buffets are pricey, specially during weekends and holidays.

This buffet had everything you could possibly want for lunch - American, Italian, Asian, seafood bar, salads, on and on. Fresh squeezed juices, soft drinks are included. Desserts were pastry shop gorgeous, ice cream bar - you name it. That being said, if you don't gorge on shellfish and meat, you probably won't get your money's worth. Buffet personnel were... More
